I've been coming here for over 50 years and I don't think we've ever been disappointed.
Tonight was no exception.
4 of us in our party, 2 had chicken, 2 had catfish. Everything was excellent.
Our service couldn't have been better.
Quick refills on our drinks, quick to clear any empty dishes, very friendly and pleasant, just the kind of experience that you always hope for when you are dining out.
I really enjoy the fact that Gil's is holding onto the supper club style that it is famous for.
There's not a lot of places like this left.”

“Dakoda, Summer and Juleahana was amazing today. Juleahana made my ice coffee amazing today. Tasted as good as Black Maple and better then Dunkin. This was my first time back to the coffee can in over a year. I had it twice before and it was not good at all. This time with new staff and product, it was amazing and a relaxing setting as well. Can't wait to go back again with friends to have some good coffee and socialize.”

So I called, she said just Pizza's. Good enough. I knew I wouldn't see my regular waitress etc. Lo and behold I walk in and there's Dee, a bartender that worked at Mccritters!! My friend LOVED the pizza! What food that was at McCritters, is at MacDuffs. I knew that, but not my friend. If you did not know they have pool ping pong in the future, paid Illinois State video games and also other video games. “Had your new item a Tenderloin & Fries it was really good and you can’t beat that Grand Prairie sauce that really sets it off in fact it was so good. We went out the following week so I could get another tenderloin that’s gonna be my new go to highly recommend the food was great service was great. You gotta try the tenderloin.”

It seems like the jewel of the town and would recommend anyone looking for a nice drive to a very enjoyable place to give Whitetails a try.
