Dunkin' Donuts in Highland Park

“I have to give a huge shoutout to Lucy who i see early mornings at this Dunkin..She’s honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I usually stop by on my way to work and order an iced coffee and a French Cruller, and no matter how busy it gets, she’s always quick, friendly, and gets everything just right. Even through the drive-thru, my order always tastes fresh and perfect… my coffee is made exactly how I like it and the French Cruller is always soft, light, and fresh, never stale like other places. You can really tell Lucy takes pride in what she does and cares about making sure customers starts their day off right. It’s hard to find that kind of consistency and great attitude early in the morning, but she nails it every time. I actually go out of my way to come to this Dunkin just because of how great the service and quality are when she is there“

“Ordered the usual toasted bagel with cream cheese. Toasted Bagel could've been toasted. It was chewy and veggie cream cheese was sour. Ordered orange vanilla donut. Got vanilla long join instead. Once I informed, it was swapped out quickly. The donut itself was yummy - tasted like an orange Creamsicle.“
