“We came here for dinner tonight and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The best way to describe our meal is “elevated comfort food!” Everything we ordered, came out beautifully plated, very quick service, even with a full house, and very attentive staff. We ordered the spiced carrots, naan, brisket, and pork belly. All of them were delicious, and my favorite by far was the pork belly, perfectly seared and paired with an excellent sauce. The berry spritzer cocktail was refreshing and not too sweet, dessert was just right, overall fantastic experience. We will definitely come back!“

“Food was excellent. Some of the best indian food I've had. Wait was a bit longer than expected. But definitely worth the wait. Portion sizes are good and food tasty. Would suggest indicating to them before the level of spice you'd prefer. Would definitely return next time in Chicago just for the food“

“I would go here again and again. Food quality is excellent. What can I say about NICK the manager. Outstanding manager. He listens to customer. Make sure we leave place very happy. If you complain about food, he will replace immediately without any questions asked. He makes sure that all the customers are very happy. We order a corn soup, my wife thought it was not spiced up enough. She asked waiter to spiced up. Manager came and told her that this is the way it comes and cannot spice up. He replaced her with another type of soup and did not even charge us for that. Great place to go for diner with family and friends.“

“Really impressed with Curry Bistro. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and service are equally great. The flavors were perfect, and the staff made sure we had a great dining experience. Definitely coming back soon!“

“This place won our hearts during our 4th July long weekend visit to Chicago this year. We were 3 days in Chicago and for all those days, this was our spot for lunch.

The ambience was nice, place was clean & beautiful and the food was just DIVINE! From everything we tried, our favorite dishes were Paneer Lollipop, Malai Kofta, Chicken Chettinad, Benne Dosa, Malabar Parotta, and of course, filter coffee. Must must must visit this place while in Chicago.“

“Five stars! Our group had lunch here recently and shared some dishes, served by friendly people. The Vegetable Momo was wonderful, light and fresh. I had Nepali Khasi with a flavorful sauce. Others had Chicken Chowmein, Lamb Vindaloo, and Jhol Momo. All were full of taste and the ingredients were fresh and perfectly prepared. Overall, it was a wonderful meal, greatly appreciated by everyone. We'll return!“

“We recently held a 50‑guest celebration for my mother’s 75th birthday on April 25 at Himalayan Restaurant, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Kiran and his staff were attentive, organized, and genuinely welcoming. The bar service was exceptional — efficient, well‑staffed, and very much appreciated by our guests. Managing a group of our size is no small task, yet the team handled everything smoothly and professionally. The dishes were outstanding, with authentic flavors and generous portions. We are grateful to Kiran and his team for delivering an outstanding and memorable evening.“
