“David was our server who was very attentive and kind , we had a coupon for a free appetizer we got the loaded potato chips they were stale had been reheated just like when you bring home for leftovers barely warm , we didn’t say anything we had the beef tenderloin sandwich which both were cooked just right and delicious We went back after the show for dessert asked for David , the dessert was excellent, bread pudding and strawberry shortcake, we had two coffees as well , when he brought them out they were barely luke warm he did make that right for us ,had to go to banquet room to get hot coffee, I know it was 10:15 and you close at 11 , but for 5 dollars for acup of coffee it should be fresh Our service was superb from him but pay a little more attention to temperatures of food We are subscribers and always on e there to eat, last time mashed potatoes were Luke warm had to be reheated“

“This place is really pretty special. It’s been such a great addition to the Ravinia and HP area. The food is always great and the atmosphere is just super chill and unique. Where else in HP can you sit outside eating burgers with your buds on a warm summer evening while the family at the table next to you is singing a song about a magical unicorn? Chef Bryan(I hope I spelled his name right) is a super cool dude and works magic on that grill. Really couldn’t ask for a better place if you just want a relaxed dinner and evening.“

“Went to Little Louie’s on a whim and we loved it. We got a Cajun wrap and cheeseburger with fries. All of it was out to the table very fast and it was excellent tasting. We aren’t from the area but it will be a place we stop at when we come back thru for sure“

The food is perfect each time, the bathrooms and restaurant itself are very clean, and the space is welcoming! “Good solid breakfast establishment, service friendly and quick, but no rushing the customers to seat others.
I asked for my toast to be buttered and was told " we don't for covid concerns". I rolled my eyes, but said no more. I checked later to determine if there were any state or federal prohibitions for buttering toast, OF COURESE THERE WEREN'T!
I'M there are a few people who love hard cold butter spread on cold toast, NOT ME.
injury to insult the butter Is in tiny tiny little sealed plastic small square packs, open 3 or4 just to butter the one piece of toast, what a waste of landfill with plastic, but that isn't a consideration.
Suggedtion... butter the toast as the customer requests, get rid of the small butter packs and go to the paper foil wrapped butter for those who wish to butter there own toast.“

“I went through the drive-through at this Libertyville location right off of Milwaukee Avenue. I was expecting to be disappointed as I was in a hurry to grab something to eat with a bunch of meat in it. I chose the Texas double whopper. I was so surprised when I got the bag from the drive-through. The sandwich was not smashed the bun was light and fluffy, The lettuce was rough cut not polarized it was cold like it just been made the bacon is crispy it was not stopping it was actually what you would expect when you spent 8 1/2 bucks on cheeseburger and I was Very impressed. I do not know if this is a Burger King improving their ingredients and toppings effort or it’s this specific location to do things a little bit different because they need to compete. I would probably go back and try Burger King again after“

My husband noticed they advertised catering on their building, so we thought we should reach out for our kiddos 1st Birthday Party. They DID NOT disappoint! Marcie responded to emails promptly. She was very accommodating with adding extra food last minute (86 guests), and their hot dog cart was such a nice touch for our baseball themed party. Our guests loved the hot dogs and mini Italian beef sandwiches! We were even able to accommodate our vegan guests with hot dogs too! We cannot wait to check out their spot in person and try other menu items as well! Thank you SO much for making our littles first birthday extra special!“
