I am a usual customer but today had a bad experience. Got a bowl but rice was uncooked. Too much of a hassle to go back and return. Someone should do basic quality check of food. For the cost we pay quality needs to improve. I may go back but disappointed this time.
I am so disappointed in my service tonight. The entire crew made up of only guys allneed to be trained on customer service. I was the only person in line at first and the guys talked and made online orders for atleast 5-8 minutes before even acknowledging me. Moving extremely slow as a line formed just a complete lack of consideration for our time and money. I had to wait atleast 5 minutes for each station with no clear reason as most of the guys were just talking to each other....read full review

the staff at this location is so rude for no reason. it doesnt matter how nice and respectful you are they treat you like an inconvenience not to mention they like to blast their explicit music to the point where its so loud you could hear it outside. never again.
