“Not being from the area we were a little skeptical at first because the outside is kind of unassuming, however, we found the food to be very good! I especially enjoyed the egg rolls, they had an amazing flavor and were cooked just right! The server was a friendly older gentleman and was perfectly attentive during our visit and had such a warm smile and good conversation. My local Chinese restaurant in Bradley Illinois closed awhile back and I have missed it very much, Pagoda was just what I needed today! The egg foo young with the jumbo shrimp was also very good!“

“My favorite place to get Chinese food! I’ve tried soooo many different places and keep coming back to this location whenever I visit my dad’s place in the burbs. I live in the city now and have tried many places there as well, but wish there was a Chen’s like this near my place. So if you want to get your moneys worth and get good Chinese food with amazing portion sizes go here! The protein is always cooked properly, they do not use a whole bottle of soy on their rice like most places which is good, they seem to use low sodium and little to non MSG. SO HERE!“

“The place is nice and clean. The food was great. The server was this small chinese dude he needs to be a little more friendly for his position. not to mention, he has a language barrier but does understand "more water" and other request apparently bc, he use to people.

Parking: The parking lot is for all of the businesses in the strip mall. Like going to walmart or any mall.

Kid-friendliness: It appears that children would be fine in this establishment. Yes, i can't wait to go back there. You get a nice portion, I know when dining in.

“Absolutely LOVE their food- have never once gotten sick, portions are fantastic, love that we get a beverage with every dinner, the crab rangoons and pot stickers are FIRE AND DELICIOUS!! I love hot and spicy dishes; my favorite is Kung Pao Beef which has a ton of flavor (nice heat), a lot of beef, peanuts and very tasty fried rice. I also like their Shrimp Egg Foo Yung. The other reviewer here is totally wrong. Either he needs to add soy sauce or maybe he was going through chemotherapy and had lost his sense of taste. Their service is also terrific and if you phone in your order ahead of time it will be piping hot ready for pickup iun about 15 minutes within 15 minutes.“

Parking: Parking can be an issue depending on time of day. Parking spots are always available, but sometimes you need to park in front of a store a few doors down.“

“We recently visited for my bday on 5/31. The decor is beautiful and the service was stellar! Everyone was attentive and friendly. Our hibachi chef was amazing. He was extremely entertaining and super accommodating. He made our hibachi dinner experience the best we have ever had. The food was perfect and great portion sizes. My son even ordered Spider rolls and said they were amazing! My two teens and 1yr old enjoyed it immensely! Thank you all for the great celebration. We will be back for sure!!! Ask for a sample and the young man working there denied it at first but another co-worker was decent about it realizing I was an actual paying customer that never tried many of the meats and Main courses. She gave me small samples of the other entrees so I was able to make an informed decision on what to buy. Great place great seating grapes open spaces and non cluttered look to be clean as well“
