“The food here is very good. The Best Chinese food, imo in Joliet, and I have been looking. Portions are well served. Everything I ordered was great. I ordered a veggie lo mein by mistake cuz who orders veggies ( i aint vegeterian) and that stuff slaps. It's really freaking good. My only complaint is the dough for the dumplings is too thick, same for the crab Rangoon. But they were still very good. This is the 1st time I ordered Chinese food in my life and I don't have any leftovers the next day. It was that good. I found my new go to place. You should give it a try. “You guys!I had veryyyyy low expectations.. I’ve been so disappointed in Chinese in the area. We got takeout through Grubhub- the food was hot and delicious. Their pork fried rice is the best I’ve had in yearssss! The flavor was outstanding- the green onion was a lovely touch. The egg rolls weren’t greasy-and the pot stickers were not the best I’ve had (these are a little more plain). I look forward to trying the food again and really hope that the pork fried rice continues to impress- it was so good!“

“Edit: the store is very clear about what they charge, including a small tip for the staff. Please read signs before giving poor reviews. Osaka is actually our favorite buffet in the area. Amazing sushi, and a hibachi bar is also available. The "new" location (probably 5-ish years now) is much nicer on the inside, but the parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. Not the restaurant's fault, so they still get 5 stars from me.“
“A pretty average place for Chinese in downtown Joliet and it might just be the best around here. Golden Dragon is fairly cheap and it has big portions. It certainly isn't very good but it's still not that bad though. Basic Chinese American menu items. The food is about as good as the price so it's pretty okay for what it's like. It has some basic Americanized Chinese. Pretty much about what you expect. The prices are pretty acceptable for this. Has a few healthier choices among the vegetarian friendly items. There's a few to get that are big portions. Bean Curd With Country Style is the actual name. It's $8.95 for the lunch portion. This has lots of broccoli and not many other vegetables. Flavor is okay. This isn't like others how it could be overly salty. Good for cheap tasting Chinese food. If better is available get it but this isn't as bad as expected upon seeing the cheap looking exterior of the building it's in. The food is fast too.“
“We order from this restaurant frequently for delivery. My kids were at SkyZone next door and I didn’t want to eat there, so I walked over. They were super nice and the food was even better in person! I highly recommend walking here instead of eating the overpriced food at SkyZone!“

“I had the Walnut Shrimp and another shrimp dish and they were terrific and seemed fresh. The cream cheese wontons though tasted a bit old so double check they are fresh if you get those. The staff was courteous. There was someone checking temperatures of the items to make sure everything was at proper temperatures, though it did miss that the wontons were old. The top of the toilet tank in the men's room was missing.“
“Every time my friend says lets order Chinese I cringe. I will order something that sounds good and end up throwing it away. I was blown away at how good the food was here, my friend got beef with tomatoes and green pepper and I got barbecue pork with mixed vegetables. So good the sauce was very good and his beef melted in your mouth. I will only order from China Cook from now on. It was even better the next day for lunch.“
