“My family honestly loves ez wok. We never eat in because it looks less than clean in the store but we’re never disappointed when we get it delivered. We eat it almost every other Sunday. I’ve tried many things on their menu and my only complaint is that the lo mein and the chicken fried rice taste practically the same. They use different veggies and meats but besides that and the fact that one is rice and one is noodles, it’s identical. Either way, flavor is still great just not broad enough. Awesome prices and definitely an at home go to“
“The owner is very nice and goes above and beyond for her customers. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. The portion size is quite large. My friend is a vegetarian and also has celiac and the owner made a dish to work with her dietary restrictions. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be back!“

“This place is a 5 all day I've been going there for quite a while now for the lunch specials you could get for 8 or 9 dollars my recent visit got there was seated got our drinks quickly the waitress was very nice and professional I ordered the mushroom and pepper steak it was magical when the dish came to my table the mushrooms are huge and plenty of them they were delicious the meat was cooked to perfection the launch cost just over $8 my wife ordered a sweet and sour shrimp ? it was delicious the total bill with drinks was $22 for two people I would highly recommend this place and I want to say during covid they were very professional about the way they did things the inside was closed but you could order on the phone and they had a table outside where you pick your package up totally contactless I would recommend this place for a decent meal we go at lunch time because we're retired like I said you could get a nice meal for $8“
“Every time my friend says lets order Chinese I cringe. I will order something that sounds good and end up throwing it away. I was blown away at how good the food was here, my friend got beef with tomatoes and green pepper and I got barbecue pork with mixed vegetables. So good the sauce was very good and his beef melted in your mouth. I will only order from China Cook from now on. It was even better the next day for lunch.“
“The food here is very good. The Best Chinese food, imo in Joliet, and I have been looking. Portions are well served. Everything I ordered was great. I ordered a veggie lo mein by mistake cuz who orders veggies ( i aint vegeterian) and that stuff slaps. It's really freaking good. My only complaint is the dough for the dumplings is too thick, same for the crab Rangoon. But they were still very good. This is the 1st time I ordered Chinese food in my life and I don't have any leftovers the next day. It was that good. I found my new go to place. You should give it a try. “I'd absolutely love to give 5☆ but the servers here are so so sad. They act like they're in chains forced to work there. The food is so good but I literally get uncomfortable eating there. They make you want to take it home to eat but we live too far away. They serve you water in tiny plastic cups with dishwasher rings two cubs of ice and get frustrated if you ask for more ice or water. This guy today literally just rolled his eyes at me for asking for a cup of ice because me and my kids combined had 6 cubes. Not just this server both the guys we get here act the same way. They show zero emotion and do not speak out side of what do you need. It's very strange. I hope one day this changes more family friendly.“
“I love the service and the atmosphere, it’s so peaceful and the service is so attentive and kind. We came in with our kids and the spilled water all over the table, we felt so bad the server just came right away saying don’t worry I’ll get. She was was kind. We ordered sushi and chickenramen.
