“This is my second time here at chi tiva. I visit the location downtown first and second time at the Worth, IL location. My experience completely different from the first time around. I visit location downtown informing workers my first time how they offered to let us sample slushy flavors nice jester….they did not inform me of dosage and explain how it may possibly affect first timer. With that being said I ordered 50mg coffee taking a few sips and telling my sister she immediately told me to go back to check out and order a 10mg let them know it was my first time. I can say my experience second time around at the Worth location with Lori she greeted us and explained everything we were interested in getting letting us know dosages and tolerance level. I mentioned at the end I really appreciate her customer service and explaining super knowledgeable. I told myself I would probably not come back but this experience definitely worth coming back when in town. Thank you!“

“Honestly can’t say enough good things about Kristoffers. They made my wedding cake and I only get their tres leches for my birthday every year. It’s so so soft and delicious with the perfect amount of sweetness in each bite. I really like the coconut tres leches but my personal favorite is just the regular one. Really enjoy the Chocoflan, regular flan, house salad, and their pastries are always fresh! But if you’re in the area you MUST stop by for a sliceAlso highly highly recommend their lemonade, my mouth is watering just thinking of it right now. “Very friendly lady (reminded me of my grandma) in the front to greet you. Cute little local coffee shop. With great prices after COVID especially. Most coffee shops around Chicago area have raised their prices so was nice to spend less. Obviously i support small business' raising their prices to survive. That's life. I ordered a dirty chai and it was great! Great coffee. However was a bit sweet but that was my fault for rushing to the bathroom and not talking to the kind lady about what sweetness I wanted. ALSO the bathroom is very CLEAN. It was like a home bathroom. Please others keep it clean as well :)“

“Yum! Love a bao place. I think everything we got here was good. Cute atmosphere. Lots of natural textures and fun art. You place your order on the one side and can go through to the other to sit and eat. Got a London Fog Tea Latte too, but it wasn't the strong pick-me-up I needed. “I be doing doordash n uber eats, I've been getting orders from there for a while, today I decided to order me some food got me the steak jibarito that comes with arroz con gandules and some sauce on the side n let me sayyy it was delicious, I even got me the chicken empanada n I used the sauce from the jibarito on it n omgggg sooo good. “Boba trip is located in a strip mall on cicero. Just off of Cicero, it had very good boba, drinks and a very friendly staff and service. The prices were reasonable and they had many options and ideas. They also were willing to customize drinks for you to your taste. I found the prices reasonable and the staff was very good. I would recommend at least giving this place a try if you're ever in the area of Oak Lawn.“

“This is THE bobba shop! We got the signature brown sugar fresh milk with tapioca and cheese foam it was lovely. Perfectly sweet but also refreshing, bubbles cooked perfectly too. Make sure you get the cheese topping on whatever drink you get it’s amazing. The bobba cups come with little bear ears, so darn adorable! The place is decorated so cutely too, bunch of spots to chill and take pictures, especially if you have little kids. The staff are also friendly and they inform you about the menu and your choice of drink very clearly, I appreciate that. This is where I take my bobba every time I come to chinatown now.“

It gets so crowded from 11::00 to 13:00, and it's really hard to find a table. I like their outdoor seating, where you can set and chat conveniently. “On this visit we were celebrating a birthday. Follow us on this joyous occasion!First of all, this location is in the Chinatown Square Plaza. If you have never been, this plaza is huge and celebrates the Chinese culture showcasing their food, arts, crafts, fashion, etc. It is an electrifying experience walking around!JoyYee Plus is located in the second floor of the plaza. It’s an awkward location, but we overlooked it because we were excited for the experience. The restaurant is neat and modern with modern seating and furniture and some Manga paintings on the walls that make it exciting to walk into. But that’s about it for ambiance. No music or staff interaction other than the waitstaff.The main reason for the visit was the Shabu Shabu offering and the choice meats available. The menu is large and with some incredible options covering all food groups and menu choices! I wanted to order one of each! ?We ordered Mango Crab Rangoons, Japanese Fried Calamari and Chicken and Pork Potstickers. They were fantastic! The Rangoons were so crispy and tasty! The calamari had a good blend of all pieces and done in a lightly battered finish which allowed more of the calamari flavor to show through than the oil trapped in the batter. The potstickers were good too.We also ordered Truffle Oil Egg Fried Rice with Bulgugi Ribeye and CrawfishFried Rice. Both were EXCELLENT! The Truffle oil ribeye Wes soft and buttery and very flavorful. The crawfish were plentiful and I asked for it made Spicy and was just right.For the Shabu Shabu we ordered Kurobuta Pork Belly, Premium Short Ribs, American Kobe Eye Kalbi, American Wagyu Chunk Ribeye and Australian Wagyu Beef. All were cut thin, meat was good quality and had good marbling and looked amazing!The broth was lightly spiced and complimented all the cuts perfectly. I wish the waitress would have told us more about the sauce station available ($2 per person) so that we would have experienced all the flavors with all the great cuts.Deserts were good but the person who made them took 20+ minutes to produce. The fresh Mango Sunday was really good.All in all, it was a great day. The food was great, but the place lacked the trained service to make it great. Will we be back? Definitely! Their food is worth the trip. But their service has to improve for it to be a great place.“
