“I have been shopping at Jewel for many years. Also I’ve had my prescriptions in the pharmacy I moved my prescriptions to the Fox Lake pharmacy years ago because it’s the closest to me before that I was at the Grayslake one, so I’ve been with them for many years. I’ve had enough. The pharmacist behind the counter has done nothing but give me a hard time about getting my prescriptions, I don’t overtake. I am there just at the time that I should be and there should be no reason he held my prescriptions back. I’ve had enough for one month. I went completely without my prescription because he refused to hand it over same thing happened when I wanted to leave town and get my prescription one day early as the doctor released it the insurance released it, but he would not , I’ve had enough it’s time to go on social media and let them know what’s going on and I put it off. I didn’t say anything for over a year. I’m tired now I’ve had enough!!!!“

I went in knowing zero about Burmese cuisine, but was walked through a series of dishes that have become instant classics that I crave: tofu gyaw, the tea salad, kyarzan thoke, chicken mango, and the goat curry. They always make it a special night. we were greeted with anniversary hospitality by not only the hostess, but our server, 2 other servers and the chef! This truly made our night! “This is a five star overall and in every category rating. After reading reviews on all sites I thought I’d give Joe’s a try. Their site indicated fresh ingredients, fresh dough, and outstanding service. It’s true! This is not a chain…as in everything tastes the same, pizza. The sauce is fresh and not overly salted or seasoned; you taste the tomatoes, the sausage, the green peppers and the onions! It was risky because I ordered this for New Year’s Eve for a group, (even tho I’d never had it) but all loved it. I had to laugh thinking about others’ reviews that note it tastes different-that’s because they haven’t had fresh ingredient pizza in so long. The owners (I assumed) were fun and kind and the cozy/small pick-up makes you feel like you are in another country-Italy. He was knowledgeable as to what was or what wasn’t on the mean and made sure that dietary likes or dislikes were met. After 80 years of waiting for a celebratory birthday , George , the manager and his staff exceeded my expectations. We had a family style meal for 50 people . Not required preparation , planning and coordination for the staff and cooks . They exceeded our expectations . Everyone of the invitees raved about the quality of the food , the presentation , timeliness , and the competency of the staff . The servers and runners kept the food coming , clearing for the next course , taking drink orders and keeping everyone’s place settings clean and organized . It was an amazing service and all the guests thanked the staff and the hostess for the superb presentation.“

“I have been in this restaurant for more than 4 times. I highly recommend it. There are a lot of parking. Once you come in; you are greeted with a warm greeting and and enthusiastic smule by the host or owner. The servers are very accommodating , friendly and helpful. They check on their customers for whatever they need until your meal is done. The busboys are hardworking and any requests will be granted right away. The food/dishes are cooked just the way you requests. Their steaks and eggs are up to par. The prices are decently priced. For what they serve you, good amounts of food. Well worth it. Freshness and presentations of foods are stupendous! Never did I have any complaints the way the place is ran. Very clean. Wide open. Eventhough i live far. I kept going back and i know when i leave, my tummy is full, content and some take home left overs. Check their menu. Check the big breakfast meal. You can't go wrong with their reasonable prices. “What a great family restaurant. We were in Elmhurst and not familiar with the area and I saw the High View Family restaurant in Villa Park on Trip Advisor. Loved it. We like the Greek owned American restaurants in my neighborhood. Mini mall parking lot and some handicapped parking. Went in to two large rooms, very clean and welcoming. Sign at front desk had 4 different kinds of soup. Our waitress was Aleka and she was excellent and was very attentive. Need extra napkins, water refill, didn't even have to ask, she was right on it. I had the chicken noodle soup and chicken sandwich and fries and my son had a chicken bacon one that we both liked. Left a tip and paid by the door. Would go again if in the area.“
