“We decided to order pizza Tuesday night. Upon pick up it smelled so good we had to try a pice. It was delicious! We regretted not ordering the parmesan garlic bread bites. We pulled over and placed an order and went back for them. They were fresh, hot, and melted in your mouth like butter! Our best Domino’s experience ever was found in West Frankfort, Illinois on a Tuesday night!“

“Thank you Charles! Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza and I order there 1st choice when we order pizza. Three weeks ago, I tried using my app 45 minutes away from home so we could just pick it up and go home. After several attempts to order and getting error messages I called the store to see if they would authorize online specials as online was going through, the lady manager told me absolutely not. As a person in management I thought she is kidding right. So I said you would loose a sale by simply not authorizing an online special and she said yes. So we went else where. Today I tried using my app again and same thing. I called the store and explained to Charles three weeks ago and today and without hesitation he asked a few questions and authorized their online deal. Thank you so very much Charles, thats what great mangement looks like. Thank you for caring and Pizza Hut should be very proud to have you!“

“The meatballs were really good. I enjoyed the veal cutlet, but my angel hair pasta was way overcooked. Definitely not al dente. All in all, we were satisfied. UPDATE. Got the veal Cutlet again. I have decided it is a veal Patty, not Cutlet or, it is very poor quality beef. They should raise the price and serve the real thing.“
