During a visit around 6:30, the place was super packed, a rare occurrence, but the staff worked quickly and efficiently, apologizing for the wait. One employee, Aaliyah, was notably helpful, suggesting alternatives for the Medicine Ball drink when it was out of stock, and showing kindness in her service. Her helpfulness left a positive impression.
In contrast, another visit involved less favorable service. The staff member with orange shades was friendly until after the payment, when her attitude seemed to shift. She handed over the hot drink, then dropped it into the customer’s hand and quickly turned away, which was alarming. The customer also noted that the drink did not taste like a typical white chocolate mocha, possibly due to insufficient white chocolate syrup, but the main issue was the inconsistency in service. The customer felt that being nice initially and then not afterward was not acceptable, especially after tipping.
