“I’m updating my review to clear a few things up after seeing what others have written. Coming from Chicago, and even now living in Manteno, I never once felt threatened here. If you're from a small town, seeing people hanging around the neighborhood might seem a bit chaotic, but it has nothing to do with the business itself. Instead of giving a bad review because of someone outside who might just be struggling for food, focus on the service.
As for the staff, it was the morning rush, so I didn't talk much with them, but they were perfectly professional. I got in and out quickly, the product tasted right, and I got exactly what I wanted. That efficiency is all I really ask for from a Dunkin' on my way to work. It's a good location, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.“
