Been going here several times a week for lunch during work for a long time now despite them being very slow a lot of the time and messing up my order on multiple occasions. Them refusing to take $50’s or $100’s while not displaying that anywhere meant I ended up not having time to get lunch today. It’s legal tender, you have lost a frequent customer.

I really do love tropical smoothie cafe but they always end up failing.
Today is another reminder why. I ordered three smoothies, received two and then realized they never rang the third, even though he repeated it back to me. But there was a lot of customers so I didn’t bother to wait again. While there another customer received the wrong food. They brought out mine and dropped it on the ground. It was our first visit to this location. I’m truly hoping it gets better...read full review
