“Today I went there and usually when I go there to customer service is OK just OK today. It was really bad. The lady at the drive-through window did not wanna explain the flavors then I asked her I said well is the food warm because I switched the whole order because she wouldn’t let me switch the order which was OK - she said I don’t know, ma’am. I just work the window. I don’t cook the food that is the most ignorant statement that I’ve ever heard in my life. This is the third time I came here and that Popeyes customer service is horrible. That makes a big difference.The only Popeyes in the community and y’all suck and the food was cold. There needs to be a manager on duty. I guess to monitor them because not everybody knows every flavor that comes on the chicken even though you know, people seem to think that, but it was a horrible experience. The chicken was not good and that’s the first and just the whole ordeal was bad! The car in front of me just drove off & I bet it was the customer service!!!! . I mean she was really rude. She was really ignorant and it just it made me not wanna visit that Popeyes again.“

“Pleasantly surprised at how big and juicy the tenders were. I got extra hot and it was the perfect level of heat. The kale slaw was really good. Probally the best slaw ive ever had. Fries were nice and crispy. I was expecting mediocre food and thats not at all what I got.“

“The only 100% hand Zabiha halal place in highland and around. The fried chicken is absolutely good, byrd bomb with loaded fries a banger, and the sandwich uff spicy and best, overall the place is good for a quick eat up , also they always have promotion on uber eats check that out, ask them to strain the oil good , it be kinda oily. Overall the taste be soo goood.“

Jasmine and LB (gentlemen up front) helped in making my experience here wonderful. Everyone should learn customer service from those two.

“It’s the best food in the hood, and the best Shark’s location we’ve ever been to! I’ll drive an hour and a half any day to eat there! Open late, and always make what you like. Options for all types of diets, except meatless ones lol really though the catfish is bomb, and the lemon pepper chicken wings with the hot sauce are to die for“

“Ihad literally given up on Sharks in general until my son uber eats some chicken from this one. He was warming it up the next day and i asked him for his tips. Not only was it good it taste like he had just ordered and it was from the previous day.
Izzy the cook and Moe the cashier were so awesome! The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. I highly recommend this sharks! I'm usually frugal but I proudly spent what I spent in this establishment.“

“The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because they forgot my bucket of chicken and I had to travel a distance just to come back to KFC. But the manager guy was so so nice and with no hesitation replaced my whole order. He brought the order to my car and he was very polite and nice. Thank you“

“I love this location, food taste fresh. The only thing I disagree with is no bathroom for customers, and if I have a second order, I have to go around again. The drive thru is tricky. You pay and receive your food on the passenger side, Lol. Other than that, food is good.“

“Ok wing place. If you don't feel like cooking come here for your dinner. They have catfish, perch, smoothies, slices of cake. Just a basic wing restaurant nothing wood hoo about it. You can call your order in for faster service and they have plenty of parking.“
