“Today I went there and usually when I go there to customer service is OK just OK today. It was really bad. The lady at the drive-through window did not wanna explain the flavors then I asked her I said well is the food warm because I switched the whole order because she wouldn’t let me switch the order which was OK - she said I don’t know, ma’am. I just work the window. I don’t cook the food that is the most ignorant statement that I’ve ever heard in my life. This is the third time I came here and that Popeyes customer service is horrible. That makes a big difference.The only Popeyes in the community and y’all suck and the food was cold. There needs to be a manager on duty. I guess to monitor them because not everybody knows every flavor that comes on the chicken even though you know, people seem to think that, but it was a horrible experience. The chicken was not good and that’s the first and just the whole ordeal was bad! The car in front of me just drove off & I bet it was the customer service!!!! . I mean she was really rude. She was really ignorant and it just it made me not wanna visit that Popeyes again.“

“Food was fresh and tastes great! Place is clean, staff was friendly. We normally go to Dave's H.C. but they were packed. I'm glad we came here. In my opinion, the chicken here is better than Dave's (we still like Dave's but Byrd's is better). Highly recommend this place.“

“I absolutely love Gina’s!! Better than Marlon’s, Harold’s, uncle Remus, Stony sub, JJ’s, sharks, and even Heinies!! The Batter is original and old fashioned. The perfect crunch with a hence of seasoning. Always fresh everytime! Not too big or little.. just right wings!!! I love Gina’s and I wish I could buy the recipe lol! Staff is very professional because they have been around forever! Love both hot and bbq sauce and they sell ribs as well! I wish Gina’s didn’t close on Tuesdays and Wednesday( yes I know their operation hours 😌) Heaven in a bag 💯💯😌😌😏“

“Love this place - the chicken is always good. BUT if I order wings and ask for “mild sauce on the side” I only want mild sauce. I ordered 8 wings with mild sauce on the side and got 1 cup of mild sauce and 1 cup of hot sauce - I never asked for hot sauce so now I have 8 wings with 1 cup of sauce.“

“I wish I could remember the manager I spoke to Saturday Dec 6th at 5:00 pm but she was amazing. After another restaurant screwed us by not having our order I called KFC to see if they could put together a large order as soon as possible. She was so nice and helpful and got the order ready in 20 minutes. The chicken tenders and Mac & cheese were amazing. They will be my first choice from now on.“

“Ok wing place. If you don't feel like cooking come here for your dinner. They have catfish, perch, smoothies, slices of cake. Just a basic wing restaurant nothing wood hoo about it. You can call your order in for faster service and they have plenty of parking.“

“Look at the pictures it says it all, this is the best chicken I ever had. Triple lemon pepper 20 pieces of chicken WITH fries.It may take a little time but it's made to go but if you call before coming 15 minutes it will already be ready and the 2 sauces was HUGE.
