“So all of NWI lost power on Tuesday, and I went in on Wednesday to place an order to go. Everyone there was amazing they were working hard, all the waiters and all the cooks, the ones answering the phones and taking orders was doing a fabulous job on Wednesday, way to go Olive Garden in highland. You guys came together to make sure they ur customers were happy, they also had customers in there charging there phones, and they didn’t tell them to go or anything.“

“If I could give this location a 1000/10 I would! I frequent here to study and I am always met with the best energy by all of the staff. Even today there was a very minor issue with my order and the manager Shannon made sure to not only make it right but brought my order directly to me with a smile and a genuine apology. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness, and I can't recommend this location enough!“

“I had a great experience at Panera Bread thanks to Anahi! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly right. It’s clear she cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Her positive attitude really made my visit better. Panera is lucky to have someone like Anahi on the team! 🥰❤️“
