The store is too small and it’s confuse because there are two lines, one for order and one for pickup, because of the size of the store it’s kind a mess“

“I do think these are the best donuts in Chicago area, or that I've ever had, specifically the glaze and the chocolate. I'm from Texas and have high standards for simple yeast donuts. The Chicago area is really lacking in independent donut shops, so when I found these, I was so happy. I found the original D&Ds location a couple of years ago, but was happy when this location opened as it's closer to me. There is a very professional and kind young man that we've seen work the register at the shop a couple of times, and the owner always offers up samples to newbies, so the service here is great. The food and service are truly 5 stars.
The only downfall of this place is, as other reviews have mentioned, there have been multiple times I've tried to come during business hours, and they are unexpectedly closed for the day. And I'm left heartbroken. To avoid this, I would definitely call before heading there. I won't stop going because I truly believe in their product, but I definitely won't head there unless I've confirmed they're open.“

“I called at the last minute for a delivery ( I live in Ohio ) found Creme by Ashley on line ! I called her and she was helpful, cheerful, and was able to deliver cupcakes for a birthday same day !!! She sent me pictures of what she sent out and they looked incredible ! She was unable to find the recipient at address i gave her and she called me I called the recipient and she waited for them to get to door. Forever grateful I found a caring person who delivered..I heard from recipient incredible tasting cupcakes !!! “Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. Wish we could go inside to enjoy donuts & coffee knowing it's something our son would truly enjoy.“

“The absolute best breakfast skillets in the NW suburbs in my opinion. Large,open family appropriate atmosphere. The food portions are very generous and delicious. Staff has always been very friendly and efficient. I always leave feeling quite satisfied and carrying a take out container for another full meal the next day. I’ve also gone to the Saint Charles location where the menu has a few variations but the same great food and service.“

Great customer service and love that you can pick up popular Filipino individually wrapped pastries or fresh cakes/slices as needed here. Prices are decent, not too high nor low. Their display case always features their freshly made rolls and cakes. I did not try their Halo-Halo (almost $8!) but I'm sure it is delicious too. The coffee was spot on, strong how we like it. The wildberry strudel was amazing. We also had the the feta and spinach spanakopita, it was delish. A great atmosphere. We will definitely be back to try more. A interesting menu of yummy things to try.“
