“I met a group of friends here for breakfast and was very pleased with the food and service. This is a small family owned businesses that is celebrating thier 45th anniversary. Let that sink in ... This family has been serving the community for 45 years. Felisha was our server. She was kind and friendly, provided excellent service, miraculously she remembered everyone's name at our table, lol, and even had a few good jokes up her sleeve. Thank you for the great service, Felisha! My compliments to the chef for cooking my poached eggs perfectly just the way I ordered them. And the hash potatoes were honestly some of the best I've had. 5 STARS across the board.“

“😀Great food, however, the “build your own burger“was a disappointment. The onions tasted bitter and very salty. I got the worst case of heartburn from this burger! OMG. Otherwise, everything else is top quality! Be careful when ordering this “build your own burger.”🍔 I’ve never tasted onions so bad, and seem to be imbedded into the meat that tasted so bitter and awful salty. “Excellent food, excellent service and excellent PRICES! Angie was our waitress and it was our first time here. We live quite far from Grayslake..so we probably won’t be back.😞😩 This is a family restaurant with home made soups and other items on the menu. Too bad I didn’t take pictures! We had the triangle burgundy and the roasted turkey.“
