The owner is super kind and very customer service oriented. Among our family favorites is the falafel wrap, beef shawarma wraps, kefta kabobs and the rice is incredible.“

“I got the House Special Mai Fun, added two packets of spy sauce. I really enjoyed my meal, would definitely recommend.
The housemate ordered chicken and broccoli, and the reason we took away a single star, we found a bone in one of her chicken bits. Other than the bone she says it was okay.
The interior of the restaurant was pretty threadbare. Overall a fairly decent place with some good food.“

“As a member of the coffee club for about a year now, I wish this location would train its staff on how to make coffee. Lately the coffee has been really weak and watered down. Iced coffee is my go to but this location ways seems watered down. Please train your staff to make a great cup of coffee. Thats all we ask. 🙂 I did mention this to the manager a fee months ago and it did get better for a bit...“

“I placed a catering order from this location and I can not say enough good things about the experience. Brandon went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The staff was professional and extremely courteous. Of course the food was delicious as well. Very impressed with how they went above and beyond.“

“Really enjoy the Lockport Panera. I go there sometimes to work on my computer. Staff is nice, food is good, service is efficient, place is clean. Several times I have gone there, there have been other customers watching videos on their phones with the volume all the way up, which is super annoying. However, that is not the staff's fault. Will definitely continue to visit.“
