“I arranged for an 80 th birthday celebration at the Greek island restaurant in Lombard. . After 80 years of waiting for a celebratory birthday , George , the manager and his staff exceeded my expectations. We had a family style meal for 50 people . Not required preparation , planning and coordination for the staff and cooks . They exceeded our expectations . Everyone of the invitees raved about the quality of the food , the presentation , timeliness , and the competency of the staff . The servers and runners kept the food coming , clearing for the next course , taking drink orders and keeping everyone’s place settings clean and organized . It was an amazing service and all the guests thanked the staff and the hostess for the superb presentation.“

The portions were generous enough for leftovers. Would definitely return.“

“Excellent service! I ordered a pizza for pick up. The pizza wasn’t quite ready for pick up, which I had no problem waiting for. But they told me how much of a valued customer I was, they offered my wife and I complementary sodas while we wait and threw a free 12in double dough pizza on top of what we ordered. Their pizza was fresh and hot and I absolutely recommend to order your food from them. I’ll be getting my pizza from here from now on.“

“First the food was actually really great. The Korean ribeye was what I’ve been missing being a California native that’s used to eating Polynesian and Asian food. Pizza, Spinach dip, and the Martinis was not the best but good fruit mixes. Despite a few mix ups my sisters and I enjoyed the place. “One of our party was in a wheelchair and the staff was very accommodating providing a suitable table, straw for drinking and spoons for cutlery. We were seated in a quiet location and were able to converse easily. Our appetizer special of roasted brussel sprouts was very tasty and easily shared by four. The entrees were very good and portions large enough for take home. Overall we had a very pleasant experience with excellent service.“

“We were at a neighboring business and decided to try this out. What a stroke of luck? This place is great! The menu is divided into 5 sections. Cold Deli, Off the Grill, Create your own Dagwood, Veggie, and Wraps / Salads. I got the grilled Classic Italian on multi grain bread . The bread was substantial to hold up to the meat, but not dry. The sandwich overall was on the messy side, so be ready with some napkins. My brother got the Philly Cheese Steak, we are not from the east coast, so cannot validate the authenticity of the Philly portion of the name but he said it was a darn good sandwich and they did not skimp on the meat. My husband got the cold Ham & Swiss, but the staff offered to serve it hot. We also tried cheese bread with tomato sauce. This was OK. It would have been a fine snack, but the sandwiches turned out to be so big (we each got regular size - the large must be huge!), we really did not need the appetizer. The fries are "fresh-cut," and they really mean it! There is a hopper of russet potatoes (I guess about 50 potatoes) right next to the fryer. We did each have a chocolate chunk cookie (we really only had a bite of it because we were full), they are really spot-on with the "chunk" - the chocolate was substantial peices. A tasty end to the meal.“

“Went there for the 1st time last Saturday. The service and the food were both excellent. Amber was on top of everything and was very knowledgable about the menu items. Husband had a ‘skillet’ breakfast and I had the granola/berry French toast. We left very little food and we didn’t need much to eat afterwards. “Food was good but service was terrible. Went to celebrate a birthday and made a reservation. We still had a wait for a table. The place was busy but the server didn't acknowledge us for a while. He didn't bring us water and when we asked he only brought glasses for half of our party. Then he brought oil for bread but never brought the bread! We ordered the Fettuccine alfredo and Quattro al Forno. We got the Fettuccine first and had to wait longer for the other entree. When we finally got the Quattro al Forno which it is supposed to have four items but it only had 3 items on the plate. When we asked he checked and said he grabbed the wrong plate as it was a special order for another table. He didn't attempt to rectify the situation and bring the missing item. He instead offered to bring a free dessert for the birthday. Customers that came in after us got their food much faster than us. We liked the food we got but we were extremely disappointed in the service.“

Also, during our 3 day stay at the hotel - every breakfast was delicious and served by such caring, nice people. Easier to get the day started with service like that.

“Food is fire. Tasted the same as the one in chicago. Obviously a place like this isn't known for their service or dining experience. You go for the food. Their paratha rolls were just like the chicago location. Maybe less spicy, but jut as flavorful. I even had an edit on my order that they got right (which you really cant expect at a place like this).

I wouldn't recommend to dine in, and you likely need to understand what you are ordering ahead of time so you dont buy something they dont specialize (some things are better than others thats how it goes)“
