“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. “I’ve been here once a few years ago when I visited Chicago and again this year. The first visit they had karaoke after the Thursday night game and it was a blast. This last time we just went for food so I didn’t get the whole experience, but it was still a good time.

The wings are great, but the best part is the flats come with the tips so you get that extra crunch and meat. I would highly recommend the Garlic Buffalo, but all of the ones I’ve tried have been tasty. Their ranch is good; however, I think it would be better with a chunky blue cheese dip.

The service has always been great for me. My only complaint is their mid beer selection. I think this may be from me being spoiled in AZ with a lot of our places having large craft beer options though.

The place is a solid 4.6/5. Highly recommend it for anyone in the area that lives there or is visiting.“

“It's been over two weeks since my family and I visited The Polish American Bistro. It would be remiss of me not to leave a wonderful review of this lovely restaurant! Ania and Darek, the owners, are the nicest and most hospitable people ever! Since I have family in Poland, it was fun to talk to them about their homeland. Now about their food . . . it's completely amazing! I ordered galumpki (ground beef and rice wrapped in cabbage). The tomato sauce on top was so delicious, it spun circles around the sauce my grandma used to make (sorry, Grandma!)! My husband ate a breaded pork cutlet with mashed potatoes. SO tasty! And my daughter opted for a cheeseburger that looked and tasted so great that we even returned the next day to order another cheeseburger to go! Our entrees were accompanied by a side of two types of salad - one made of marinated red cabbage, and the other was their super delectable authentic Polish sour cream, cucumbers and dill. As you can tell, our dinner itself was a 5-star experience. Last but not least, I must discuss their DESSERTS! When you walk into Ania and Darek's restaurant, your eyes will immediately be drawn to their multi-tier display of desserts. Unfortunately, since our stomachs were full after our delicious dinner, we couldn't even think of dessert. However, take-home was still an option! So I asked Ania to escort me to the dessert case and tell me about her sweet treats. It turns out she owns a bakery in another suburb, and all the desserts are made on location at the bakery FROM SCRATCH! So we took a few home (see photo), ate them the next evening, and they did not disappoint! I loved them all, especially the vanilla custard inside the eclair and fruit tart! The chocolately hazelnut dessert was a Kinder Bueno torte. I want to go back and try more of these amazing treats! “One of the better wingstop locations. Wings are usually fresh. If you plan on ordering lemon pepper wings be sure to ask for extra seasoning, they seem to be stingy and only season one side. I’ve been here 3x and it seems to be a recurring thing which sucks because its one of the most popular and my favorite flavor.“

“This is the best one of all the bbq chickens. Sooo delicious n service is always so fast with piping hot fresh wings. Ny favorite flavor is Gangnam style in boneless. It’s kinda sweet a tiny bit spicy. I’ve tried all the flavors and this is the best one. Some locations only offer gangnam style in traditional wings not boneless n I’m grateful Vernon hills location has it available in boneless. The girl who mans the front counter is so sweet and I’ve never had a single issue with food quality or service.“

“Let me start by saying when I put the phone order in, and I was told the price I was like what the HECK!!! $60 FOR 3 MEALS!!! When I arrived home with the food, and I opened my box of boneless wings I was shocked to see how ginormous the boneless wings! These things looked like mini chicken fingers. Even the traditional were HUGE!!! I could not finish my boneless wings, if I am being completely honest. As most of this is positive, I will say this about this location. The clerk was nice, but the rest of the staff did not seem too nice. If you phone the order in and they say it will be 15 minutes and you get there in 17 minutes and the cook says 3 more minutes. No big deal for me. Plus, they only have one size drink (is this a bad thing? I guess it depend on who you ask). In conclusion to my review will I come back? If I am craving wings and I literally live within walking distance, yes, I will be back. Thank you for reading my review.“

“This is solely a takeout place. Their Detroit Style BBQ chicken pizza is great, everything else is okay. Wings are good, not great. You can order through text and get some discount.

The last time I ordered from there, I saw that they charge 3.5% fee for using a credit card. Solely for that reason, I am not going there again. I don't like to be nickel and dimed by restaurants like this.“

The menu featured Korean and American food.I wanted wings but I had chicken twice the day before so I went with the Kicken Burger with bacon instead. It was $16 for a combo, which seems a little high but the time I spend in the area the more I learn it's about average.I got to watch them cook the burger patties on the flat top and then give them a nice char grill. It was huge, almost overpowered by all of the toppings. A big slice of grilled onion, a hunk of tomato, lettuce, bacon... I had to remove some of it to enjoy the burger.The burger itself was well seasoned and tasty with a grilled bun and good sauce. Yes, the sauce was kickin' it a little bit.It came with standard crinkle fries but they were crisp and there were lots of them. More than I could finish.“

They are still in the real old Kooker's building with the same old tile floor that Kooker's restaurant had when I was in high school. It is over 20 years later now. I have been willing to go back to Happy Burger to get meals. The people at the front desk are nice. I do admit, though, sometimes I end up getting a burger for $3 at fast food drive-throughs. Happy Burger (HB) burger tastes more like a fresh made juicy burger when compared to the McDonald's on the other side of the street. HB fries are not bad but could be better because when the HB fries come up and go into a bag, I have found they were a bit wet.Wet fries is a common imperfection with Chicago-style grills.“

“I have no clue why this has poor ratings, I had bone in wings delivered and they were still good when they arrived. The fries were a little soggy from the steam, but that is to be expected with delivery and they came right back to life in my oven while I ate the wings.
I tried four of the sauces:
Nashville hot: did not work extremely well on the bone-in wings, but I have a feeling it would be good on boneless
Buffalo: was good, if it wasn't I would have given 3 stars
sweet Chili: tastes EXACTLY like Asian zing from BWW, but a little less hot
honey sriracha: good, tastes like I expected it to.
