I came in and was immediately met with some fun vibes within the squared circled bar with a divey feel. Lots of people and fun vibes. Reasonable prices. Their southwest salad with the habanero ranch is godly ... Expensive as heck if you add chicken, but like .. everything is expensive right now so no qualms there. Service. .. hit or miss. Ive dined in 3 times and twice I got a female bartender who ... As a 14 year industry vet, I can tell she's checked out and doesn't care. Would never stop me from keep going back though. “I really loved this place, it’s a great spot to get a drink and hangout with friends. The main reason why I think people should come here is because I’m a local and there is not a dive bar in the area that provides this level of service. The bartenders are kind and attentive, you will get a drink without waiting too long and you will feel comfortable and safe. Yes it may be slightly pricier but not by much, this is the kind of place that makes it worth it. I am not a regular but I will be after tonights visit. My local bar being Mr. Cs has disappointment me with their management but this place will treat you 10x better. Please come and visit Jennifer and Colm, they were the best bartender and I’m sure they will treat you well also.“

“We recently attended an engagement party at Goldie’s. The party was originally scheduled as an outdoor event but was forced to go inside at the last minute. Goldie’s ownership allowed the party to use their location, opened early and provided bar service for all attendees. All with less than 24 hours notice! Claire, the bartender, came in early and was exceptional. Highly recommend for special events or to just stop in for a drink!“

“We use the smaller back room and patio a bridal shower. The host of the shower brought in their own food, but the staff at Cork and Kerry we're all very attentive and no one was lacking any beverages. The setup worked very well and everyone had a nice time.“

“Walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile. The bartender Morgan was engaging and her service was quick. Got to play golden tee and darts which never misses. The bathrooms were cleaner than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Overall 10/10 experience would recommend any day of the week“

“We loved the ambiance of this Irish Pub! The Christmas decor and lights make it a wonderland! The band was great and the pub has so much charm!

This all made up for the 3 bartenders who were more worried about talking to their friends than waiting on customers. We waited 20 min, as did customers next to us, staff looked right at us and kept talking to their friends. A bartender with curly hair- she actually scowled at us for asking to place a drink order. Exception was one bartender who had very long straight dark brown hair: she was awesome and was doing all of the others work with a huge smile on her face! She was great! It was a busy night that the restaurant could have had higher cash flow if the others focused on drink orders. We'll be back though, really great place!“

“We held a celebration of life for my brother here today. About 50 in attendance in the stylish, comfortable upstairs area. Despite the fact that I planned this from 400 miles away and without having ever seen the venue, it went off without a hitch due to Mr. David Candiotti and his staff. No surprises. Everything was as promised. The venue is extremely stylish and rustic. Food was delicious and plentiful as were the drinks. Service was fast, efficient and friendly thanks to Mona, Alberto and Olena. I highly recommend.“

Glad G&L kept the popcorn machine as it was deliciously salty. It was my first time here for a birthday (sorry for being that loud group a few times, it's the last time I'm being friends with them in public) and I enjoyed the interior design a lot: the tin ceilings, light fixtures, exposed bricks, fake plants along the wooden shelf and on table toppers. There was a small collection of board games but our friends-no-more were happily playing their own game.

“Back when I lived in the area, Irish Times had just opened and I stopped in to have a Guinness. Now, I have had Guinness all over the Chicago area and never has a Chicago pint ever approached the magical, otherworldly flavor of a pint consumed in Ireland. I don't know if it's the water, the proximity to the brewery or just some kind of strange magic that happens to Guinness in Ireland, but I've never had better. That all changed when I drank that first pint at Irish Times. It was easily the best pint of Guinness I've had outside the Emerald Isle. I've since left the area and have had pints all over the United States and Canada. Nothing has approached the quality, freshness and taste of the Guinness at Irish Times in Brookfield. If you are lucky enough to be nearby, don't hesitate to make a detour to the pub. You will not regret it.“
