“My family and I had a burial service at a cemetery in Maple Park this past Saturday 6/7. We were expecting around 20 people to attend. We planned on going to Bootleggers for lunch afterword. My daughter called the Monday before and set everything up. Gave them the number of people and what time we would be there. We arrived and they had no idea that we were coming. Whomever took the phone call on Monday didn't relay the info to the Saturday staff. All that being said, our server, I did not get her name, crushed it. She had the whole place to wait on, and she did a fantastic job. She didn't get frustrated (at least at what I could tell), she kept our drinks refilled. She was great. The only issue was the made my wife's sandwich wrong, but that is not the servers fault. She corrected the problem and all was well. I can not say enough good things about this server. You have a good one with her, let me tell you.
The only bummer, pizza was not available for lunch.

“We've ordered pizza from Sam's over 10 years and it has always been great. We moved so we've had to come in and dine in our last 2 trips. Our last experience wasn't great but maybe they were just having an off night. We called the order in and someone taking it wrote it down wrong. It takes over an hour to make the pizza even though we called it in 20 minutes in advance. We asked for the pizza well done. So it got to our table under cooked and missing toppings. It just was very bad and not edible. We drove all the way out here just for this pizza lol, so it was a bad experience we probably won't do again. But I didn't rate them low because they're usually great & if you live in Sycamore, it's the best pizza in town.“

“We have been ordering from Giordano's in Sycamore since they first opened over 15 years ago. We love the thin crust Pizza and Deep Dish. The Spahetti and Meat Sauce is also another favorite. We have never been disappointed. The food is always consistent, hot, and ready for pickup in 30-40 minutes. I've known Sean and Danielle professionally since they opened their doors. Giordano's Sycamore catered for some major events in our life both happy and sad over the years and they have always taken care of everything to make sure the food is delivered on time hot and ready. Really great people and great service to our Community.“

“Woah! I tried their western pizza today which is new to the menu and it was AMAZING! I love BBQ chicken pizza and this one is a must try! They have their own homemade BBQ sauce which is delicious and no shortage of chicken and bacon on this pizza! 5/5 100% recommend!“

“We tried the Philly cheese steak pizza & the Carmel apple dessert pizza tonight. The Philly cheese steak pizza was great! Loved that the pepper and onions were cooked perfect. The crust supported the ample amount of toppings. The mix of cheese hit the spot! Would definitely order again. Same for the dessert pizza! The Carmel apple was perfect for this fall day. “I haven't had a rosati's pizza and quite some time the sauce was fantastic, was delivered with a smile and hot. The only thing I was unhappy about was they don't have the points on the box like they used to I looked all over because I still have some like four of them if you save 12 of them you got a pizza they must not be doing that anymore 😔 50 years of a good thing I don't know whose idea that was but I'm going to pinch them 😅 thank you God bless~“

Great place to pick up from. Food is usually ready to go when you get there and the owner is super friendly if you get to talk to him. If the order fits in your requirements for pay/tip…definitely pick up from here.
