“Catering from Flatlander Market was excellent! We used them for our daughter’s wedding of 150 guests at a private venue. Rocco and Sally went out of their way to meet our needs, providing gf df and vegan options. They are professional yet kind and personable. The food tasted wonderful and the service they provided was exceptional. I would highly recommend them!“

“I’m sorry but I don’t remember the young lady’s name who served me today. But I want to say that I watched her handle a crowd of customers like it wasn’t nothing. She did it with grace, a great attitude, patience, and was very efficient. And she was working alone. I’m ashamed to say that I don’t remember her name, but I remember her. She was great, and I’ve never seen a Subway employee manage a crowd of hungry people the way that she did. And she did it all with a smile and got everyone their food, in a timely fashion and prepared it nicely, without anyone having to wait to long. I so was inspired by her good attitude today that I’m going to be better about maintaining a positive attitude while doing my job. I hope management appreciates and values her. If not, shame on them.
