“I love both places. The chicken sausage is the best and all that cheese. I love the Markham spot, but once I invited a friend and her two young daughters to join me. We sat at one of the two tables to have drinks while we waited. Before we knew it, we ended up eating dinner there!! It is great but a bit small to bring kids for dinner. Now, Mickey, the owner, who is wonderful, has a second Dream’s in Calumet Park! It’s a comfortable restaurant and the same great pizza! Yay!“

“The shaved ice is amazing. They have several flavors to choose from. That was my favorite part actually.

The pizza was okay. It needs seasoning in the sauce. I had pepperoni and my husband had pepperoni and sausage. He said the sausage tasted like Casey's sausage. Do with that what you will.

Other than the lack of seasoning, the crust was great. If you LOVE cheese, you will like how much cheese they use. The pepperonis would taste better if they were above the cheese, but that is of course preference. Overall nice place. 1 slice is all you really need do to the size of each slice.“

“Growing up in the Chicago area, especially on the south side, you EXPECT local pizza joints to be good. Lots of places that don't primarily sell pizza still have better pizza that you get in other parts of the country.

Though it's been around for a long time, as have I, I'd never tried Rosangela's prior to this time, and I'm here to say that I am a believer.

I tried introducing a colleague of mine to chicago pizza at a couple other places, and they did not impress him... Rosangela's did.

Just a medium special and a drink, but I will tell you that it's some of the best tavern style things crust pizza you'll ever have.

It's as good as your favorite place, and likely better.

“Honestly if I just got pizza this would be a 5 star review however, I ordered waffle fries that tasted extremely dry like they were old and wings that were just alright. I assumed the wings would be fried but they were baked not a big fan of baked wings. The pizza was excellent and I would definitely come back for that alone. I’m not a big fan of deep dish but based off the taste of the thin crust pizza I’m definitely going to have to try that next time.“

“So this place has two types of gluten free pizza, I'll admit I only had one. It is delicious!!! The gluten free pizza is an individual one, it looks small, but even when I am starving I have a hard time finishing it. Every time I call for pick up, it's ready when they say. Everyone is always super nice. The atmosphere is clean and bright, but it is literally just for picking up, no dining in. Again since I can't have gluten this is my go to place now.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust and gluten free cauliflower crust individual pizzas.“

“This place was amazing. I was in the area to roller skate, and I asked Google where I could go get a reasonably priced meal. And it recommended this restaurant. So I went because they have pizza and having a pizza in a while. The bartender recommended thin crust because she said that's what they're going for. The pizza was amazing the margarita was okay not bad but not spectacular either. My only negative but for this place was it was pretty expensive. I've had the same meal at other places for about $10 less.“

“We ordered spaghetti, meatballs and sausage, with garlic bread. The spaghetti was simply delicious. We were not w0wed with the garlic bread whatsoever! I would have put both more butter and more garlic . . . with the bread a little less toasted.“

“This location is literally right down the street from my house so I order from them all the time. Most people already know about Beggars pizza, which is delicious, but not everyone has tried their other food items.

The meat lasagna is absolutely delicious and seasoned to perfection; some of the best I've ever had. The portion is generous as is the cheese topping. It comes with a side of garlic bread which is also tasty. I usually get a garden salad to accompany the lasagna entrée and it is HUGE! It's enough for four people and at $5.25 it is very reasonably priced. I always get the creamy garlic dressing which is really good. I've also ordered the chef salad on one occasion and it is LOADED with toppings. It has, what looks to be, two different kinds of ham, as well as two different types of narrowly sliced cheeses (in addition to the shredded cheddar). One person could eat this days.

I've also tried the tomato bread which is also very tasty. The bread is topped with tomatoes and covered with mozzarella cheese and finished with a sprinkle of herbs.

Service is fast and friendly. Will definitely order from here again in the very near future. I highly recommend. Five out of five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I lived in Chicago from 1997 to 2018. Many good pizza places, but nowhere near as good as John Gino's. I absolutely love their chicken! Brown's? Ehhh. KFC? Not! Popeyes? It's OK. John Gino's? 5 Stars!!! Everything on their menu is absolutely delicious. Another plus is they have their own drivers. This ensures that the delivery is always hot and fresh.
