“As I walked in the cashier was too busy playing a game on her phone. She acted as if I was disturbing her. Anyway now to the pizza I ordered a small pizza with 4 toppings, extra cheese and sauce. It was 30 dollars a couple of the toppings was a double charge. They told me 40 minutes. I've never waited that long for a pizza but okay. It wasn't definitely no extra cheese and sauce. I must say it was delicious. Just a few things rubbed me the wrong way so I'm not sure if I will try it again“

“I come from an Italian family so love the food, but put Gatto’s up there as one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to!!! I had the chicken Milano and my partner had the carbonara and both were fabulous!! Great job on the meal, our waiter was amazing, he remembered all our drinks which were also delicious, and the whole night was a great one! Wish we didn’t live so far away or we would partake in your restaurant weekly!!!“

Met the owners/ daughter and mom. So very sweet and funny too. Our server was Candy. She was working very hard on a busy Valentine’s Day. I had the lasagna and I can honestly say it was the best lasagna I’ve ever had in my life! The ricotta filling was so whipped and light. It was just delightful and so delicious. The bomba ice cream was scrumptious! Cannot wait to return to this gem of a restaurant!! 🇮🇹“

If the staff didn't hand us smudged glasses and forks with food stains, had been more like waiters who entertain guests rather than serve food, and a pizza that seemed not to be baked well and had a grainy crust, it would be five star dinning I experience. I had no real problem here, but it hadn't lived up the name.“

“The Pizza at Paermo's is super delicious, you will love it, its a classic, it even smell perfect. The restaurant is classic Chicago Italian joint, very retro inside. Feels like a place you went as a kid, I love it. There is a very large menu, the food is all pretty good, but its hard for me not to get the pizza. Service is really good, they are friendly and attentive. Price point is reasonable. I highly recommend the pizza!“

“Growing up in the Chicago area, especially on the south side, you EXPECT local pizza joints to be good. Lots of places that don't primarily sell pizza still have better pizza that you get in other parts of the country.

Though it's been around for a long time, as have I, I'd never tried Rosangela's prior to this time, and I'm here to say that I am a believer.

I tried introducing a colleague of mine to chicago pizza at a couple other places, and they did not impress him... Rosangela's did.

Just a medium special and a drink, but I will tell you that it's some of the best tavern style things crust pizza you'll ever have.

It's as good as your favorite place, and likely better.

So,the husband and I went here for the second time in two months ,and since everything was absolutely amazing just like the first time I had to write a review,of course the staff is amazing ,today Jenny was our server and literally did not miss a beat ,very attentive and engaging,You walk in and the atmosphere is so comfy and cozy,it's a great place to go when you want to just melt into the surroundings, he got the chicken cacciatore and a salad with Caesar dressing and I got the chicken picatalta,salid with creamy garlic dressing,I chose a loaded baked potato and a delicious cream of chicken soup,these plates were huge !! Oh n let's not forget the two two whole laofs of bread with oil ,seasonings and Parmesan cheese that no one can get enough of. “I usually trust Olive Garden because it’s a nationwide chain with very consistent food quality. We were driving from Chicago to central Illinois today, got hungry, saw this location along the way, and decided to stop.

The food itself was exactly what I expected from Olive Garden. The taste was consistent with every other location I’ve visited, so I have no complaints about the food.

Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing.

First, the restaurant wasn’t very clean. I know Olive Garden locations aren’t always spotless, but this one was noticeably worse. The tables, chairs, and even the utensils all felt like they could have been cleaned much more thoroughly.

Second, our bill was incorrect. We were charged for two dishes that we never ordered. Fortunately, the server corrected the mistake as soon as I pointed it out.

Third, the order of service was completely disorganized. Our entrees arrived before our drinks, and our salad and soup didn’t come until after the main courses. Normally, you would expect drinks first, then breadsticks, followed by salad and soup, and finally the entrees. The whole meal felt out of sequence.

Finally, the service was extremely slow. It took about 25 minutes before our server even came over to greet us. To be fair, the server himself was polite, apologized sincerely every time we mentioned an issue, and fixed the problems promptly. I don’t blame him personally—it seemed more like a management or staffing issue than an individual employee problem.

Overall, the food met the Olive Garden standard, but the cleanliness, billing error, slow service, and disorganized dining experience made this one of the weaker Olive Garden locations I’ve visited.“

“My experience, at Pop's Italian Beef Restaurant, has all ways been a pleasant one. The food there is very delicious and homemade fresh. We bought our your grand twins there, at the time they were 6yrs. old, a few years ago, and they still ask about coming back. The staff treated them so well and were so impressed with their young mannerisms, and said to us, to bring them back at anytime. Yesterday, was our first time back, since we'd brought them 2years ago, and still, it was a great experience.“
