“As I walked in the cashier was too busy playing a game on her phone. She acted as if I was disturbing her. Anyway now to the pizza I ordered a small pizza with 4 toppings, extra cheese and sauce. It was 30 dollars a couple of the toppings was a double charge. They told me 40 minutes. I've never waited that long for a pizza but okay. It wasn't definitely no extra cheese and sauce. I must say it was delicious. Just a few things rubbed me the wrong way so I'm not sure if I will try it again“

However, I want to specifically highlight a young man by the name of Dominick. I can’t say enough about Dominick. He possesses exemplary customer service skills. Every encounter I have had with him, he has been very courteous, very professional, very engaging and above all has gone the extra mile to accommodate my “special requests“. In addition, my most recent encounter, approximately two weeks ago, I could see the absolute joy he received when seeing how happy I was when he was, once again, able to Grant a special request for me. “Let me first off by saying that I never ever leave reviews but I felt like today I needed to leave one I decided to bring my father in for Father's Day we were introduced by our server once and then never saw the server again for about 30 minutes I'm not blaming it on her because I'm sure she was quite busy there was a young man who was going by all the tables refilling drinks and giving them bags at this point I wanted to speak to a manager I did ask him he did say that his manager was currently busy if there was anything he could do I said all we wanted was our drinks refilled he refilled our drinks all the way to the end there was no need for me to speak to a manager again because he made sure that the rest of our visit was very pleasant his personality is amazing hopefully the managers know I will be coming back I don't blame the restaurants but he did make my dad smile and laugh and that's really what brought a warm feeling to my heart today the young man's name tag said ' SHAWN ' someone please let him know that he is the sweetest funniest young man that I have met in a long time and thank you for all of his hard work pleasing our table he's a gem!“

I decided to try the Farmer's fridge delivery in my area and was very happy with the meals and the delivery. We bought our your grand twins there, at the time they were 6yrs. old, a few years ago, and they still ask about coming back. “The noodles that I've always ordered from this restaurant aren't on the menu under the same name. Fortunately, when I described it to the cashier, she knew what I was referring to. I still don't know what they renamed the bowl. I dined in. My food was fresh and very good, just what I wanted. An employee, a different young lady, walked into the dining area and I asked her for more sauce. She said she couldn't put it on my food but she would give it to me on the side. She came back quickly with the sauce. When I was done eating, I took my tray and dish to the counter and asked this same young lady if she could take them. She advised me that empty/used dishes go to the back of the dining area, into a designated receptacle. However, she would take it for me. She did, and I thanked her. I'm mentioning all this because although this young lady accommodated me, and she was in no way rude, her demeanor and disposition was dry, unwelcoming, and off-putting. I made it a point to say please and thank you (as always) but especially to see if it was just me. She was just so miserable. Jeez Louise! Maybe she was sad about something, or had a terrible day over all. So I guess this has become more of a PSA to business owners than a review. The restaurant was clean and my food was very good (as it should for those prices). Yet, my experience was negatively impacted by a single employee who didn't do or say anything wrong or bad. She simply doesn't know how to interact with customers in a way that would encourage a return visit. On the flipside, had I taken my food to go, this would be an entirely different (and much shorter 😆) review.“
