Both times she was so accommodating, especially with my 4 and 7 year old kids. From offering samples of drinks to working around food allergies without making me feel like a pariah, Pearl made both nights of our Peel experience worth coming back for! “Maybe I don't remember what I know really loves facial. Okay. This place has great pizza and a great price color half. Or less than other places they sell it made and you can take it home for easier or put it in the oven. It is excellent. The white sauce was a good too I would recommend it to anybody who likes pizza and likes fresh ingredients that are high quality. You can watch the prepreparation process. It was very welcome atmospwe're sure they're very friendly and helpful and remember the regular customers“

“Our pizzas turned out great. I really liked the provel cheese on my pizza and my wife really loves Imo's thin crispy crust. Our only issue was with the cinnImos. There was hardly any cinnamon or icing on them. It was like eating plain, small bread rolls.“

“The chicken parmesan was kinda of good. I don't understand Italian cuisine in the USA. Tomato sauce with no spices and always the same taste, so I will say, it tasted like any chaine restaurant in the USA. Has for the service, well the waitress was nice, but more clients started to arrive, so she was nervous. We weren't finish and she already gave us the bill. I told her that we were not finished and that we wanted dessert. So, she came back for our desserts, but she didn't take our empty plates on the table. We add to push them in a corner to eat our desserts.“

“The folks who work here are always really nice. This store is about a mile and a half from our house. I can place an order through the app, drive over there, walk in and within about two minutes our order is ready. The pizza is still out of the oven hot when I get home. They are consistently reliable.“

“Happened upon this friendly great restaurant in Troy, IL while traveling home from OK to OH. Oh my! What a gem. This was some of the best Italian food we have eaten. Brian got a half a pizza that was full of toppings and much too big to eat. I got the the spaghetti and meatballs. The red sauce was like the Italian mother's made and the meatball was the owner's grandmother's recipe. Holy Meatballs! It was delicious. We will definitely be back on pur way through when we travel. We talked to the owner for quite a while. So friendly, kind and appreciative of our patronage.“

“I've been wanting to come here for a while. I got the thick crust bbq chicken pizza. They were really nice and walked me through what to order being my first time. It's like a chipotle pizza so you do have to wait for the pizza to be cooked. But WELL WORTH IT!“

“These absolute giga-chads went out of their way to hand-deliver a single pizza to me, an overnight worker in Glen Carbon, all the way from Collinsville (Glen Carbon store is undergoing renovations currently).They did this in a timely manner, pizza still hot, prep and presentation impeccable, and all handled with the utmost grace.I failed to get the manager and delivery driver’s names, but you guys have my eternal gratitude. “My pizzas were not correct. I called and talked to a female worker abt this...assume she may have been a manager.
She went above and beyond to fix this issue. Remade the pizzas, and bread and cinnasticks. Had it delivered to my home (I had carryout), and refunded my money with a hand written note apologizing.

“Best Imos around, I always ordered from Fairview heights location. Last time we did I got aImos extra special sandwich, the food was rotten. They wouldn't replace sandwich. So we tried the Imos in O'fallon and never a problem, if so they make it rite. We spend a lot of money, it's our favorite place to eat. So glad O'fallon Imos cares about our business.“

“Good place to eat, order occasionally. It’s frustrating they refuse to deliver to Hartford yet the deliver to south roxana. Then they say it was changed where they will deliver to Hartford if I call. I then called to order on March 14th and was told they aren’t supposed to and the manager said they’ve been doing against the bosses wishes the whole time. Make up your minds. Especially when Pizza Hut is my go to for pizza and I have to get out every time I want some. I don’t have a car at the moment to just get up and go.“
