“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“This was our first time eating at this location and we were very disappointed with our entrees. We were seated quickly and given rolls and our salads came out as expected. Our main entrees took almost an hour and then were either overcooked or undercooked. We had a toddler with us and during our long wait for entrees we asked for just his food, a hotdog and fries, and couldn’t even get those out prior to the steaks. Our waitress was very good as far as keeping our drinks full and rolls on the table, but the kitchen staff were crazy slow. We got there at 11:00 and left at 1:00. We eat at Texas Roadhouse a lot and were greatly disappointed.“
