“I named my own skillet. Basically, I did their meat skillet and added onions and mushrooms. It was definitely one of the best skillets I've had. I get them all the time all over Illinois, especially from Champaign, where I live. It was definitely worth the drive.“

“When we arrived on Sunday September 17, 2023, about 11:15am, the restaurant was packed, there was a young woman in an orange shirt (the only one in orange) who was cashing customers out. She also simultaneously sat customers coming in, served drinks and food, all while wiping tables as she went. Then when the employee who was late arrived, she was back in the kitchen getting food orders caught up.During all of this, the smile never left her face. She showed no signs of irritation or frustration at the rush of customers or the increase in her tasks. The polite and friendly demeanor was wonderful to see and made us wish we could have offered her a tip as she appeared to be the hardest working and most cheerful employee in the building. She truly deserves praise and a raise for making everyone’s experience a bit more enjoyable and for keeping the place running smoothly through a Sunday morning breakfast rush. We didn’t catch her name, but wanted to acknowledge her efforts anyway.“
“My party was waiting for a bit before getting seated. Not sure if the staff that can't back and forth wasn't for greeter role to set us but eventually someone came. Staff was nice though it took a couple of tries to get condiments after our food came. The food was good. I'm glad we picked this place. It was chill enough and not too crowded.“
“Updating my previous review from 6 years ago (time flies!): this location has greatly improved in quality and service over the past few years, and we've grown to love it and make it a weekly visit for our family. The staff, in particular, really go above and beyond to help you out and address your needs, and are generally just so kind. They make an already good eating experience really that much more special.“
“Every breakfast I've had here is miles better than dinners I've had here. The staff is friendly and quick to serve, the only issue I've had is the water never really tastes right and it affects whatever they make with it - like the tea...aside from that, this is my go-to place for breakfast ANY DAY!“
