“Cute, small, home town restaurant.We looked at the menu before coming and it listed a salad bar, however it wasn't open when we arrived, but they did make us a great salad upon request.Was a bit noisy, hard to hear people at our own table. We had 3 adults and 2 children order and our bill was $60 so average cost.They do not take cards! So have cash.The food was pretty standard. Friendly staff.“

To start myself & mine had fried green tomatoes & fried mac n cheese then, my daughter had the chicken quesadilla & fries, my fiancé had 8oz steak & loaded bake potato, & myself had frog legs & bacon ranch pasta. Food was phenomenal. I've only had great frog legs at one other restaurant and sadly the owner passed away, this was years ago when I was a teenager, I'm 35 now. If you're any where near McLeansboro IL, absolutely stop by Foxy.“
