“This is my husband’s and my favorite breakfast stop while traveling from Illinois to Tennessee. Why can’t other McDonald’s be just as good? We always have freshly baked breakfast sandwiches with efficient and friendly service. Real clean too. Look forward to another visit on our next trip.“

“The service was fine. Our server was polite and responsive. The atmosphere is casual. As there are lots of hard surfaces, the noise level is somewhat high. The food was good. The "black truffle" barrata is a ball of cheese on top of some stewed green vegetables. I detected no evidence of any truffles in the dish. No truffle aroma or flavor. Seafood pasta primavera was tasty with fresh seafood.“

“The food was great and the service was quick as well! Great atmosphere and good people. Our fav was the Knockout Burger but a close second was the Hot Chick. The wings were crispy and juicy albeit a little on the sweeter side for a mango habanero. Over all loved the food and will be coming back for more!

“Outstanding. Saw a post on Insta and happened to be cruising through Palatine so I decided to form my own opinion. I’m certainly glad I stopped. Everything was on point. Burger was so good. I’m not normally down with waffle fries but these were great. Nice and crispy and the seasoning wasn’t over powering. I also did the Oreo shake because why not! I will definitely be coming back cuz I’m curious how the chicken sandwich is. Seriously a great smash burger and worth the money imo. Staff was great, friendly and upbeat. “Farm house burger was really good. We also had a party melt. IF YOU DON'T LIKE GARDINERE have them take it off. The burger is hot with it. My sweet potato fries were ok but they didn't come out hot they were room temp as if they sat out while my food was making.“

“I grew up on Super dawg and had to visit on my Chicagoland visit. I was staying closer to the Wheeling location in the Northwest suburbs. They have a true Chicago dog, with neon green relish, sport peppers and poopy seed bun. It was a treat to also find a pickled green tomato.

On the downside, hot dogs seemed smaller and definitely less crinkle fries, in. A smaller box. Perhaps next time I will order just the hot dog and a side of fries as a better value and more fries. They have more food options available for those that aren't into hot dogs. A nostalgic place to visit.

“Went to Little Louie’s on a whim and we loved it. We got a Cajun wrap and cheeseburger with fries. All of it was out to the table very fast and it was excellent tasting. We aren’t from the area but it will be a place we stop at when we come back thru for sure“

“I've been here three times in the past year and have been wowed each time. The employees are always nice and accommodating. The food is perfect each time, the bathrooms and restaurant itself are very clean, and the space is welcoming! That's saying a lot from someone who worked in a lot of restaurants over the years and can easily spot issues. Bagels are chewy, thaw nicely after being in my freezer for a bit, and make excellent sandwiches. Thank you for the Windex and cleaning up my water bottle catastrophe ;)“

Daaamn who knew this lowkey spot was goooodd! Can’t believe I barely tried this spot since it’s down the road of where I live. Got the FULL house double smash burger with bacon, cheddar cheese, grilled onions and “dijonaise” combo with waffle fries/ drink for around 18$. Really loved the freshness of this burger and the bacon was so crispy and just right and with the cheddar cheese. Waffle fries had a Cajun seasoning and were crispy and fresh. Our new go to burger spot ! Also I enjoyed their fried chicken Sanwhich with chipotle mayo and lettuce and pickles, soo crispy and everything is fresh off the grill.“

“Thought I was going to my favorite burger joint Meatheads and was surprised to discover Epic burger in its place. Although the burger was great, the fries were very disappointing. .

In my judgement the fresh cut fries meathead served were far better than the lightly batter ones they’re serving now. I detest battered fries and pray they go back to fresh cut non battered fries like Meathead served

The only opp which was small, is I am following keto, and asked the burger be served bunless, still wanted the lettuce, tomato, pickle onion typical toppings. The burger came plain, no toppings. It was still a good size and tasty however.“

I asked for my toast to be buttered and was told " we don't for covid concerns". I rolled my eyes, but said no more. I checked later to determine if there were any state or federal prohibitions for buttering toast, OF COURESE THERE WEREN'T!
I'M there are a few people who love hard cold butter spread on cold toast, NOT ME.
injury to insult the butter Is in tiny tiny little sealed plastic small square packs, open 3 or4 just to butter the one piece of toast, what a waste of landfill with plastic, but that isn't a consideration.
Suggedtion... butter the toast as the customer requests, get rid of the small butter packs and go to the paper foil wrapped butter for those who wish to butter there own toast.“

“I ordered a small request of chicken tenders and cheese curds (that's it!!) And it took almost 30 minutes for them to get it to me. So much for fast food. The worst part was I ordered takeout, so by the time I got home, both the chicken and the curds were cold. But every other time has been no problem, with really good food.

Kid-friendliness: Really nice to children- they have special bags that kids meals come in, and prizes behind the counter for frequent visitors, not to mention the number of booths which we all know kids love for some reason...“
