“I have to say, the oxtail was absolutely amazing 😍🍖 so flavorful and cooked perfectly! The rice and beans were just as delicious, making the whole meal really satisfying 🍚✨. But what truly stood out was their incredible service and genuine care for customers 💛.

I had a situation where my Grubhub driver actually took my order, which was super frustrating 😤. When I called the restaurant, the person I spoke with (maybe the owner) went above and beyond—he remade my food and personally delivered it to me, even though they were about to close 🚗🙏. I live only about 8 minutes away, but still, that level of kindness meant everything.

As someone who is pregnant and struggling to keep food down 🤰, this meant more than I can explain. Their compassion, patience, and willingness to help truly touched me 💕. When I say they cook it about 10 times better than me, my mama, my auntie and grand aunties I mean that with all the love I have for the cuisine. Absolutely the bomb. “Ate here tonight and the food was wonderful. We had jerk turkey tips, jerk salmon and shrimp, yam, greens, cabbage, Mac and cheese and fried rice. Everything was tasty, hot, freshly made and spicy. “They need to be arrested because it should be a crime for food to taste this good! Everything was scrumptious. The oxtails litteraly melt in your mouth, the chicken alfredo tasted like a Jamaican grandma made it (tip: add some jerk sauce into the Alfredo and you get a whole other kick!!) in her kitchen! The Jerk chicken had so much flavor it didnt need the sauce and the piece de resistance: The Beef Patties!! The crust was super flaky and the mincemeat well spiced. Finally: the portions are megasized. I shared with 4 people and still had so much left! Even though the restaurant was 30 minutes from my office, everything arrived piping hot, so their packaging is top notch! Run, dont walk to Jerk It Iz. My whole office is ordering from them tomorrow!“

“I love jerk palace I eat at this location everytime I visit Chicago. My father passed away so i decided to book them for catering for his repast services yesterday. I REGRET THAT SO MUCH I spent $1,090 THE CATERING FOOD WAS TERRRIBLE all of the chicken was burnt, rice wasn’t fully cooked and mac was super soupy… So that being said the food is good for a take out order but do not book them for catering they can’t handle it…. I even went in to complain in person n I was just told sorry while spending $118 more dollars on single meals. But I own a food business in mn and in this situation some kind of resolution should have been made a credit or something. That was nasty work!“
