“I’ve been going to Ottimo’s for several years now. Loved the restaurant but The quality and overall experience has been changing. The quality of the food isn’t there so much, the portions have gotten a bit smaller and there are always new servers, that need more training. Not sure if there’s new owners or mgmt but definitely a change. A couple years ago I would’ve given Ottimos a 5/5 but now it’s about half of that as a rating. Last night went for dinner with the family- the bread that was brought to the table was more like croutons because it was over cooked and somewhat hard, it should have never been served. We asked for more bread and the server came back to the table and said not much longer it’s coming out of the oven now. 10mins later he came to the table and asked if we needed anything I mentioned the bread and he said if yeah let me check. The server asst came to refill water and asked if we needed more bread m, I said yes please. Well after all that the bread never came. The O/O on the table tasted stale, or maybe a cheaper brand than normally served. One ordered the walleye special in lemon butter sauce, the sauce was a dark color tasted a bit burnt, very expensive for the size of the piece that was served and served with nothing else. Usually served with risotto- can suggest a side of pasta or even a side salad. Was not worth it. We ordered bruschetta- was bland, and again whom ever was cooking the bread toasted this bread to a crostini. Was very excited when Ottimos opened, loved that it was very close to traditional Italian food, and local (without having to drive to the City to Little Italy)! But sadly I do not feel the same so much lately. Bring back the way you use to be when first opened! Would love to visit that again!“

“The menu selection was very good. The pork belly tacos had the perfect cook of crispy outside and tender inside pork. The oysters were so fresh, we felt like they had just been pulled out of the water. Our server, Jeff, was very attentive without being annoying. Definitely will be back.“

“Nothing Bundt Cake Orland Park was wonderful for my wedding two weeks ago and Joanne helped every step of the way! :) Not only did she ease my mind and made the process seamless, but she facilitated the set up at our venue which eased a lot of stress of myself and family. And for the price, we received more then enough bundtini's for our reception! I would 10/10 recommend for weddings, and even for just grabbing a bundt cake :)“

Absolutely phenomenal ...I had many Gluten free bakery items from other places and this place is off the charts ...we started off with the carrot cake ...geez it could not have tasted any better if it had,had Flour in it ....The cream cheese, omg let me eat the whole tub of cream cheese batter......The pineapple upside down cake was also a hit.....and that chocolate chip brownie bar ..very dangerous ...had to eat the whole bar.........I haven't made it to the brioche bread and the cinnamon roll but I keep you posted ....5 Lia P“

“Food was great, had an egg and cheese crossaint, some spinach, avocado, mushroom, and cheese crepes, the house veggie burger, and crispy eggplant with polenta and goat cheese. The crepe came with only the cheese on the inside and other ingredients on top, and was more of a crispy rather than soft or spongy texture, so somewhat different than I had pictured but they were good. I'd order all of it again! Service was good and attentive. Food was a little slow to come out at times given that the place was pretty empty, but I wasn't in a hurry and was taking my own time, so I didn't mind that. Will definitely return!“

Service was super speedy and our driver called to let us know he was on his way up. The pizza was great! We ordered the beer crust because it was an option we hadn't had before. It was thin crust, but not like a limp cracker crust. It had good char on the bottom without tasting burnt, and was crisp, which was good because there was a good amount of cheese and toppings. The sauce was flavorful and thick, with a brick red color on the outer pieces that had slightly caramelized from the heat of the oven.“

“My husband and I received a menu in our mail about a year ago and saw something about Sicilian Pizzas and never tried that before so we decided to be "adventurous" and order one. First time we got a half sheet for just the two of us, half pepperoni and half sausage,onions and green olives. There was a LOT leftover so now we just get the 1/4 sheet and still manage to get 3 pieces of each side left over for lunch the next day. ? Needless to say, the Sicilian Pizza was a game changer for us! It's thick crusted and hot and fresh when it's delivered every time. We usually only have to wait 45 mins for a delivery.(and that's on a Fri-Sat night too!) We live out of town. Also, you can't beat the price! “Best crepes around! I also love the portion sizes. It enough food to eat wisely and save half for later. On the weekends it's packed! Avoid the weekends if you are noise sensitive or have anxiety. It's more empty during the week. Food service is fast. This chain has been my favorite breakfast restaurant for 17 years.“
“This was some of the best food I have had out in a very, very long time. Everything was fresh. I had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and the lettuce was crispy, and the chicken was tender. Just really great tasting all around, and it was put together very neatly. Sometimes you go out and your food looks like they just slapped it together. Not here. I also had the pretzel bites and they are nice and soft, with a little seasoning on top, served with warm queso dip. Delicious. To finish, I tried the Orange Pushup smoothie and it tasted just like a Creamsicle (or Push Up) if you remember how those tasted back when. The restaurant inside is clean and the cashier was really nice. I will be back as soon as I can to try other things. I wish we had one near our workplace We'd be there every day.“

“Phenomenal, outstanding bread. Been there a few times. Today woke up early so I went there at 8:30 am. At that time it's like a different store. I always go there around 12-2 pm - they close at 3, and the store does not have a lot by then. Still I was always able to find really good bread. But when you go in the morning, that's when the place is at its best. All the racks are full of different multiple bread types and many are still warm. Today I got breads I've never had before, and it was not easy to decide. I would have bought one of each! I had a small focaccia, a sourdough -that was still warm, and a cranberry walnut- on sale because it was a day old. We had a feast with them when we got home. The cranberry was excellent. I would say my favorite. The other two to die for. I highly recommend this place. My experience with service has consistently been good.“

“Came to this pizzeria after my sons hockey game and the place was good. As soon as u walk in, we were greeted immediately and had a table within minutes. Tvs were everywhere, so u can't miss a game or highlights of sports going on, which was great also. Ordered a deep dish which typically takes about 20 minutes or so longer than a regular pizza but the wait was worth it. Cheese and sauce was on point and they didn't skimp on the sausage either. I wilk say maybe less flour in the dough cause it did overtake the breading flavor of the pizza a bit but iverall it was delicious. Our waiter kept checking in which was great and as well.
