“Came here for my birthday expecting a traditional hibachi experience. One thing to note is that the hibachi is not cooked in front of you, which was surprising and not clearly communicated beforehand.

That said, the food itself was excellent. The quality was high, everything was flavorful, and the portions were solid.

The main disconnect was just the expectation vs. experience. If you’re coming specifically for the classic hibachi show and tableside cooking, this isn’t that. But if you’re simply looking for good-quality food, it definitely delivers.

The other thing is the steak was not cooked right. I ordered hibachi filet minion and I ordered it medium well. I asked for a knife to cut the steak and that’s when I saw the steak was nearly raw. They did make me a new one but that one was undercooked too. Check to see if they cooked your steak well enough if you are not a fan of under cooked meat.“

It’s the only place I’ve found that has low carb options that are not just sashimi too. My go to are the Yellowtail Jalapeño appetizer and the Rainbow Naruto roll with a seaweed salad.
