“We have been enjoying the Dancing Marlin for years and they never disappoint. The friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff always gets the job done right. I have dined in many times and have catered several events as well. Most recently I took advantage of the Thanksgiving Feast to take home and prepare for my family. It was delicious and easy to prepare with Chef JR's instructions. I truly appreciate the thought put into each dish. The flavor profiles went together harmoniously! I also love the fact that the meals are made gluten free, from scratch with the freshest ingredients available. The Dancing Marlin takes pride in what they do and it shows.“

“I can't begin to explain how delicious everything was! For starters, I don't ever eat crab cakes but I tried them and they were DELISH! Next, I had the rolls. They were so good I didn't want to share! LOL! I had the salad with the balsamic vinegarette and it was so fresh and delish! For the main course, I had the Chicken Alfredo and it was FIRE!!!!! LOVED IT! Finally, I had the warm brownie dessert with Gelato and OMG it was soooo good!!! I honestly loved everything about this place from meeting Yvette (Owner and Executive Chef) to the ambiance and the food! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Can't wait to go back and take all of my friends!“

“I scheduled an event here sight not seen on August 31st for a 65th Birthday Celebration. This place is a hidden gem. Absolutely gorgeous. The room is spacious yet can be very intimate. Thank you so much to Ms. Evelyn Randle and Ms. Arika for taking care of me. The CVS Class of 1977 raved about this place all while we were there. We are scheduling our next event. Look out for Ms. Evelyn. Thank you guys once again. P.S, I would give it 6 stars but you are only allowed 5.“

“I usually go to the one in Matteson but I stopped at this one on my way home from work. There was little to no wait in Curdside and the food was perfect! Unfortunately had a spilled side of cheese in my bag but it happens. Food was great, especially root beer float.“

“We went there on Friday night . We wanted to try something different so I got the Friday Fish Fry with mashed potatoes and corn. My husband got the chicken and dumplings with mashed potatoes and the green beans. He loved his meal. My fish was good and the tartar sauce was delicious! My corn was not very warm but I ate them. The mashed potatoes were hard and cold. I told the waitress and she brought out a new one. We tried the sugar plum tea , it was very good! The service was good and we had a very nice experience. The last time we were there it was a disaster! But we decided to give them another try. Glad we did, it’s like they have new people working there and things were much better. Thank you , I appreciate that.“

“I went here because a coworker of mine told me about their mushroom swiss burger. The staff were friendly and my order came quickly. Granted, it was the slower part of the day but still great service. I can appreciate that.
After trying the burger, I noticed that I didn't get that bloated or weighed-down feeling. The burger was good, the fries were good and I liked the shake. It took a spoon to really get into it, but that's to be expected when having a thick shake. All around great experience in my book.“

She has developed Caffe Milan into an absolutely incredibly delicious, dependable deli & catering service! “First time eating at a Culver's....and I loved it. Staff was pleasant and cheerful, the order taker (I don't know his name unfortunately) was very helpful with explaining the different food items to me. The food itself is SOOO good and tasty. Will definitely be back again soon. Plus being within walking distance from a truck stop is very convenient for us truck drivers.“
