At Steel Fitness Cafe, those worries completely dissolved! Want a great tasting protein shake that is ENJOYABLE??? Well then you are going in luck with the plethora of options here! Caramel Waffle Cone and Cinnamon Toast Crunch are two of my favorites! Need a meal that will fill you up AND make you feel good? They have those too! I helped myself to the Steak and Eggs! When Chef travels, he brings some of that cuisine back home for new meals! Have a sweet tooth but hate the fact that your favorite sweet treats contribute to being unhealthy? However, they are also consistently out of one or more empanada flavors, so I wish they had a method of showing an accurate menu instead of having to come and tell me that I have to choose a new flavor 5 minutes after paying. Service is slow, but that’s understandable considering there’s usually only one person working.“

Seating is very tight, maybe space for 10 at most. Decor and art are nice and the place has good vibes.

Sandwiches could have been a bit better, maybe needed some kind of sauce. The drip and specialty drinks were very good though.“

“We had two toasts (Mexican and Greek), one turkey blt wrap, one matcha and one americano. Toasts had rich flavors, especially the Mexican. Coffee is good. Service was fast and friendly. “The Banh Mi sandwich was honestly one of the best ones I've ever had. The lemongrass chicken was juicy and flavorful. The bread was exactly how it should be (crunchy outside, soft and fresh inside). All the veggies (carrots, daikon, cilantro, cucumbers) were fresh. The sauce was a perfect amount which brought everything together beautifully.“
