“Our food was delicious! We ordered the goat cheese as an app. Our dinner was the Braised short ribs with risotto, And I got the Filet Trio. So yummy!!!“

“Love their food but some improvement is needed with ordering. I’ve had 2 issues which I wasn’t going to mention the first one but after today I decided to write about it so maybe Managment can see and tweak things a bit. First issue a while ago (I think about 5-7 months ago) I ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and bottled water. Drive away from the drive-through and as I get ready to eat my food 10 min later I realize they didn’t put cheese on it. So I drove back and said I asked for a plain cheeseburger and you guys forgot to put the cheese on. Girl says ok and gets me a new one. Drive away and I park in front of the store to just take a peak and guess what. Again no cheese. Burgers have no cheese. Cheeseburgers have cheese. A plain cheeseburger gets nothing else except for cheese. A plain burger is just a bun and the burger patty. I just wanted to eat so I moved on and ate my plain burger. Today I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken salad but I asked if I can have the chicken grilled instead of the breaded one and they gave me chicken without Buffalo sauce. If they weren’t sure they could have asked but this wasn’t for me. And this was not their first time ordering this item but they’ve never had an issue so somehow this message was confusing either to the kitchen or how it was rung in. This was ordered at 5:04:50 PM on 2/10/2022 receipt DT98. Order Id: AAANPKMJAQAH at the 861 E. Rand Rd. My. Prospect location. We didn’t have the energy to drive back and get the right chicken. Again, we love your food but these things shouldn’t keep happening. Thank you“

“We recently traveled from Michigan for a soccer tournament and we were looking for a place for a team dinner. Morettis hit it out of the park. We had a group of 82 of us and they were more than helpful accommodating us. We ended up renting the whole basement area downstairs, which was absolutely perfect. We had our own private bar with bartender, tons of tvs for all the football games and the kids were even able to connect their phones to the speakers so they could have a huge dance party. The food was fantastic (we did the pizza buffet) and the service was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and so easy to work with. I cannot give this location enough praise. 10 out of 10 I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a space for a team dinner when traveling to this area.“

“Great place to eat we always stop whenever we are in the area“

“Downtown atmosphere and food right here in Mount Prospect! The menu was small and there were no specials however everything we had was terrific. The cocktails were well crafted and the atmosphere was energetic but not loud like so many restaurants without carpet can be these days. The waitress we had was pleasant and professional. I ordered a cappuccino and she told me they were having issues with the machine getting proper foam but she would try it. When it arrived the foam was kinda sad and I jokingly said I was going to include it in a review, when the check came she had taken it off the bill . I was surprised as we were just kidding around but it was a real nice touch, something that is missing from so many places these days. Hope they do well, we will definitely be returning!“

“Mt Prospect location is take out only. I’m a thin crust pizza guy but when I do get a hankering for deep dish I order from Lou’s.

Lots of topping choices for different tastes. Always fresh tasting ingredients made to order. As with many deep dish destinations, the crust is the backbone of their pies. Exceptional

Malnati’s sausage pizzas are famous. I’m partial to pepperoni myself. But this time I went with a custom veggie. No regrets

Malnati’s Salad is the smart add-on to your order. Can be a meal in itself

Service at this takeout location is highly reliable. Lou’s makes a really good pie so having good service only makes sense“
