“We had such a great experience at Walker Bros. in Lake Zurich! The food was delicious I ordered a mushroom and cheddar omelet, which was a big portion and really tasty, and the strawberry crêpe was amazing. My family loved everything they ordered too.

The service was wonderful they were quick, kept our coffee filled, cleared plates right away, and always made sure we had what we needed. What really stood out was the atmosphere and kindness. The owner noticed we had a big group and asked if we were celebrating something. When he found out it was my birthday, they surprised me with ice cream and a candle, and my family sang happy birthday. That little gesture really made the day special.

Upon inquiring if there was a quieter space; the Manager, Dion, went Above & Beyond to move us to a private area. Fortunately it was available. Yet, it was all because of Dion that this happened! He even helped carry our waters, drinks, etc. He made certain we were happily situated in this new space. His attitude (on a very busy night at Lou's) was fantastic!!!! Kudos to Dion!! “We were visiting from out of town and were fortunate to find this lovely place to have a Mother's Day breakfast. The food was phenomenal as was the service. They were very busy but you would have never known it by the attentiveness and smiles from the staff. The flower they gave to all of the moms was a beautiful touch. I am a little sad I didn't go back before we left to bring food home with us. “My first time ever trying Thai food, my husband has always been a fan. I am now hooked, this place is amazing. I knew it had to be good when I pulled up to a restaurant attached to a home kitchen. We ordered the Beef noodle soup spice level 2, chicken pad thai spice level 3, order of sticky buns, crispy egg rolls and crab rangoon. Everything was amazing. Tender beef in the soup, fresh not canned crunchy sprouts, rich broth. My husband loved the heat and fresh veggies in his pad thai. Even after sitting in the bag for about 30 minutes after pick up the rangoons were perfectly crunchy thanks to the venting on the container they put them in. Perfect portions, quality, great price, clean, all staff wearing masks, multiple carry out options in terms of curb side pick up, going in, delivery etc. Highly highly highly recommend. Cannot wait for our next take out/date night.“

“I have to start out by saying our server Zack was one of the absolute BEST servers I've ever had anywhere. He is so kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and hardworking! He anticipated our needs so we didn't need to ask and wait around for refills, he brought extra napkins with out us having to ask, a server who does their job without having to be asked always elevates the dinning experience even if the food is just alright.

The food: we ordered the buffalo cauliflower as our appetizer which was good but I wish there had been just a little more but taste and presentation were good. We split the Cobb salad and ordered the 5 cheese and tomato pizza but added sausage to it. Everything tasted good however I do wish the pizza was cooked maybe another 2 minutes. The table bread though with the oil omg chef kiss!

i have a nut allergy (tree nuts) and this is a safe place for me to eat. they recently added pecans to the menu but because they’re in the salads (same with wendy’s) i’ve never had an issue and have eaten here a ton.

i recommend the new garlic bacon mac & cheese and the chicken parmesan those are my favorites. if you’re craving noodles, stop by. be sure to tip the incredible staff! <3“
