“when dine in is available because the drive up is slow but they screw up the food too much like they are swamped or something. Burgers are good, Onion Rings a curly fries good...when you get them. Got onion rings tonight and you have to wait for them and got 1 big onion ring and 3 tiny ones with half the box curly fries that were cold. tried to call e times no answer“

“This afternoon when I came in around 2 p.m. and ordered a $5 your way Whopper Jr meal to go, the employees seemed overwhelmed but trying their best. My food was hot, fresh and everyone was communicating to each other to make sure the correct order was handed out to each customer and I really enjoyed seeing that kind of teamwork. I don't know everyone's names but all of the employees working when I came in definitely deserve a kudos! I do remember they were mostly female and I did see one hard working gentleman in the kitchen-it was refreshing to see. Food was great, and will return in the future.
The only downside is that you don't have strawberry milkshakes.“

“Ordered through the app at 7:30 this morning, 5/04/24. Pulled up and waited patiently for my order to be filled. The manager come up and explained to us what was going on, and that it would be about a 30 minute wait for our food, as the opening staff failed to come to work today. Offered us free drinks, we kindly turned it down, as we don't like handouts for something out of her control. She was very polite, I didn't catch her name, and we were in a rush to get to a soccer game. We came back later at 9, Hannah looked to be the only one there working, and bless her heart! She was very polite, and apologetic for the wait on our food. No complaints at all from this Sonic! Thank you guys for the service provided, and I hope Sonic will follow through and reward you for stepping up above and beyond!“

“Clean. They didn't have the icee machine up, so, son's icee was juice. When we mentioned it, they only said, yea, it's not working with flashing lights.
You can have a soda instead. If we wanted a soda, we would have ordered one. Poor customer service. They were slow in their service also. Only 3 workers.“

“It's your all American family fast and favorite restaurants and people expect way much in the service given the place and the fact we all know that the turn out rate is severe in a typical place like this! Be kind to them and give the benefit of the doubt in the fact most wouldn't ever work there nor do they respect the fact someone is willing so that you can have that family favorite chain food ? treat people as you would like people“
