“Best date night spot! I always get pink lemonade & chicken parm! We try different appetizers, the last time was the garlic cheese curds and they were exactly what I'd expect! So garlicy in the outside and gooey cheese on the inside. The staff is so friendly, the food is so delicious. Highly recommend trying to get a booth if you can! It's a whole different experience eating in their booth(although the table doesn't change the yummy food).“

The manager Frank exhibits a work ethic seldom seen anymore and it shows in the results of his efforts in the wonderful dining experience you have each time you set foot in Gatto's. “We placed a large order for our Christmas Party and everything was so delicious. Everyone was asking where the food was from the whole night. We got the Windy City package and a few sides. “Was coming here to pick up an order for UberEats and this man was helping my order and then left for delivery. When I came back with a different order he saw me and asked if I was still there for the same order and we had a small laugh. Really nice guy and overall really nice staff“

“We ordered late Monday night, when I (Charlene Nelson) picked up the pizzas, the GM was the only one there…we chatted a bit…super nice guy! Told him I had 4 hungry boys at home who were working on mulch and he sent me home with a little surprise. So unexpected and super sweet! The first time I said "Hi, I would like to order a pizza for delivery." Respons : Male voice "Goodbye" Hang up. I call back open line and a lot of laughing in the back ground. I say hello... hello. Hang up. I call back again. A girl answers and again I state that I want a pizza for delivery. Response: We aren't taking any more orders. I say OK thanks fr letting me know, and this is a better response than the guy hanging up on me. At this point she says nothing and just hangs up. That is a bs response and way to deal with cuatomers. I used to deliver for Gino's East back in the day and you make your bones on New Year's because everyone is drunk and hungry and you make great tips. Crap service from ordinarily a good place. Managers need to take charge.“
