“Love this place. I've been here a few times. The hot chicken sandwich, nachos, and fries are always great. This most recent visit I tried a double smashburger with smash peppers, spicy chopped cheese, and onion rings. The burger was probably the best smashburger I ever had, the beef and bun tasted really fresh, burger patties were crispy and seasoned, and the sauce went really well with it. The chopped cheese was really good, and onion rings were crispy, hot, and seasoned. Highly recommend this place. Everything I've had there is good.“

“Chic-fil-A serves delicious, tender chicken, freshly cooked. Their grilled chicken is super moist and has amazing flavor, making for an exceptional grilled chicken sandwich. It hits the spots every time, and they even have a gluten free bun, which is super soft and tasty. I always find myself craving their grilled chicken sandwiches, and I know I can safely eat there with my allergy. They never fail to satisfy the craving.“

“Great atomosphere cool concept like how they call out the alcohol and food orders when Ready. The pimento Mac was great flavor, as was the mashed and gravy. Very unique to have boneless breast thighs wing and leg portions battered and fried. Was very good. I just think the sauces were way to pricey at $1.45 a sauce wow even 99 cents seems a lot but would feel better lol. At least give one with the order or reduce the sauce price. But overall they need to spread this concept into more areas for sure out side like in the suburbs“

“We tried Byrd’s Hot Chicken in Skokie and it was absolutely worth it! We ordered the Byrd Bomb (crispy tenders with cheese, slaw, 24 karat sauce, pickles on bread and hot toast) and it was packed with flavor. The hot chicken sandwich was juicy and had the perfect kick, while the crispy Byrd wrap was a great twist with amazing crunch. We also got a full order of wings, and they were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside and tender inside.
The drinks selection is solid (Pepsi products) and paired perfectly with the heat. Service was great, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the place had plenty of space with lots of parking available.
If you’re looking for delicious hot halal chicken with great portions and excellent service, this is the spot. Definitely coming back! Also they are on uber eats and open super late“

I visited Chicago for about a week and tried plenty of restaurants in that time - from carts to michelin starred. I have to say that in my entire stay, the Art of Chicken takes the prize for my favorite meal.

They absolutely killed the pulled chicken sandwich and Mac n cheese (be sure to add their sauce to it)!!

While I was the only guest at the time, Mr. Christian behind the register made the effort to strike up convo and ensure that the hospitality was the icing on the cake.

This place has afforded me that opportunity, and for that I must say, I am grateful. “Probably the best location in the chain I've ever gone to, and I've probably gone to 50 of them around the country. The staff here are always well dressed, polite, smart and they h-u-s-t-l-e. Everything just runs well and reeks of well-organized trained people. As a result, there are no long crazy lines here, even on busy weekends. I can think of some specific locations in Georgia and Colorado that could learn a lesson or two from this owner/operator.“

Their menu is exceptionally limited however there’s literally only a handful of things, chicken fingers and chicken sandwich sandwiches, and only one option of a sauce. The sauce is really good, but they should have another option like maybe honey mustard there sauce taste a little bit like thousand island dressing or maybe Russian dressing. The business is exceptionally popular with young people because the business is really good at social media marketing. Also, the business seems to be really good at getting popular sports figures to be in their commercial which does help them a lot. The indoor atmosphere is a little bit quirky, a little bit cool and I like it. Their fries are adequate nothing special to say the least if they could, if I would recommend they improve anything to go further they definitely need to improve their fries but again their check-in to fingers is five stars. I don’t know how many times a year I could eat year because the menu is so very very limited.“

But the spicy fried chicken was less spicy than other locations that I have tried. It tastes like just fried chicken. So it wasn’t bad just not spicy at all. So don’t expect it to be spicy but it’s still good anyway if you're dripping with the sauce. Palabok was my favorite one. The atmosphere is quiet and easy to talk in. All the places are clean and the staff are very nice. Some items online were unavailable but I recommend to check with them because they have it, it's just not on the menu online. There are plenty of parking spots too and a drive-thru option.“

“Chicken hands down but they're gyro cheeseburgers is 🔥 too. They kind of fell off on the Italian beefs. They're chicken gizzards and catfish nuggets fried head is a hit too. Yet, they need to understand that everybody don't like lemon pepper. Put it on the side and let one decide if they want it.“

The staff was super accommodating and the Veg Thali (sampler platter) was absolutely divine. My friends got the Mutton Thali and Chicken Thali and said it is some of the best food they've had in Chicago. Spice level is definitely on the hotter side of restaurants I've been to but that made for a great meal. Incredibly affordable too. At ~$15 per person and plenty of tasty leftovers that keep well, I'll definitely be making a point to return soon.“
