She had brown sugar, I had taro, and my wife had a caramel latte boba. All were delicious! We also got the mini pancake bites which were fantastic. “Really great triple berry yogurt smoothie. The tapioca boba has cores that are firm so if you like having squishy on the outside and hard on the inside bobas this is the place to get yours. This drink was nutritious and healthy. I could tell this was made with fresh ingredients. Waffles are cute and warm, go really well with the drinks. The staff is kind and friendly. Atmosphere is a nice spot for hang out with friends and for a short date, I mean short because it’s not the most spacious place so you can hang out and then go out haha“

“Having recently moved near the area, I finally decided to check this place out. I absolutely love trying new boba shops, and I am thrilled that this one is so close by. Great atmosphere with cute decorations and plenty of seating. There was only one worker behind the counter at the time who greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was so sweet and made my drink very quickly.

As for the boba itself… it’s great! I got a brown sugar boba milk tea which I was glad to know was non-dairy (despite my love for all things dairy, I am lactose-intolerant. Booooo). The milk tea itself was great. For a brown sugar drink, it wasn’t too sweet at all, which I liked as I usually get my drinks with less sweetness. However, the tapioca was a little hard, a result of it either sitting out for too long or being chilled. I’m sure it would’ve been a thousand percent better with the tapioca’s real chewy texture, but I suppose I can’t complain since I walked in on a slow Wednesday afternoon.

Great shop overall, and I surely will be a regular!

“Easily my new favorite bubble tea place. The milk taro is delicious, probably my favorite from any bubble tea place. All the drinks look very unique and creative. The employee working provided very sweet, friendly service and even made us two croffles on the house! I had never had one of these before, but after biting into it, I was amazed! It had me smiling and wanting to go back inside for 3 more! Probably like my favorite waffle I’ve ever eaten from anywhere.

“This was the second time I came here. The first time they didn’t have all of the food items. Now, you can have dinner and dessert at the same place. They only have one kiosk to order from. Most of the time they were in the back. The people are actually very nice but their customer service skills could use some work. When I asked for extra spoons, I didn’t receive any sarcastic or snide remarks. I ordered just an iced milk tea (Thai) with brown sugar jelly. The results are very decent, not the best. Price was fair. I had a sample of my partner’s bingsoo. They come in two different sizes, the cup one is for one person. The other one can be shared between 2-3 people. Fresh ingredients and good ice cream. They have tables and booths for groups and couples. Ample seating. They also have some props for taking pictures with.“

“Asked the staff if their boba contain gelatin or not as I explained I’m Muslim and can not consume gelatin (as most gelatin made of pig) - they checked all their menu details and made sure it’s all vegan based except the one with honey coated) - I tried the passion fruit green tea with mango boba and my boys tried with cookies and cream and Oreo flavors, they were all good. “This is the place you want to go for when you want to authentic Vietnamese food. We got the Grilled Lemon Grass Beef Banh Mi and man that sandwich didn't have the right to be THAT GOOD. Everything was delicious, from the the warm and crispy Baguette, to the perfect beef, the correct toppings and man the ratios were so so good!
We ended with a couple of coffees and the experience was completed perfectly.
Now the service was just the cherry on top! Everyone was nice and helpful and just wanted us to enjoy our quick bite. Anytime i'm anywhere near Chicago, i will be stopping by here for sure.“

“I went to this new boba place that finally opened with my mom. There was one person working there. The drinks were awesome and the lady was nice! The only problem is that there is no pricing on the menu, and we ordered 3 drinks that ended up almost $30. Really expensive. “I’ve had more hangry joes since I’ve moved out east than any other restaurant, my family and I *love* it. Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh… The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to! I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. LOL So far my favorite location has been crystal city around the pentagon shops. They always add ranch, and the cook is impeccable!“
