“My wife and I had dinner there with our cousins. We all loved the food! The service was excellent and the place is very clean! The owner and staff were very accommodating to our special dietary needs and requests. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!“

“I came here like half hour after they opened for breakfast. I ordered several times and it took them maybe 5 mins or less to get my order ready. Food came out hot and was decent. First time I had Taco Bell breakfast since they’re not at all locations, like most other fast food chains. I had the breakfast California wrap, grande toasted breakfast burrito sausage, and hash brown. They also have orange juice available. They have two kiosks to order from or you can order from the counter. Plenty of places to sit. Just a note that it’s not a small location. It’s located across from Woodman’s, next to a cannabis store.“

“If someone were to ask me what is Dos Bros like,I would say that it is similar in concept to Chipolte, but better and a little bit cheaper. I live in Nashville where don't have any locations. I am hoping they will open here soon. The locations in Jackson and Shelbyville were clean with pleasant staff and excellent service. Highly recommend. Additionally I recommended Dos Bros to a friend who lives in Shelbyville. She and her son both loved it.“

They do sell out, so go early. One Sunday, I went at 11:30, no carnitas for me. I asked when I should get there to have some assurance of getting some, and the person said, honestly 9. So the next week, I went at 9.“

Perfectly seasoned, almost didn't need any salsa (and that's part of my reason for getting burritos!). Husband loves pastor and is a bit of a connoisseur and said it was phenomenal. The red sauce is a good actual pepper red, not too hot. The green sauce is the best verde sauce I've had. Very authentic on both. The house salsa was very fresh and bright, with some heat to it. “I love this place so much!!! I stumbled upon it June 2023, and I’m forever grateful for that. 5 Star customer service! 5 Star food AND drink. I really wish more people would support this establishment. It’s hands down the best hispanic dishes in the area. Not even exaggerating. My fav is their chorizo tacos with grilled onions and cilantro and their carne asada. I don’t even eat refried beans, but I LOVE theirs. I travel 45 mins to dine there. It’s worth it. Support! So incredible and comes with everything you need (tortillas, salsas, limes, etc.). The value is excellent and the owners are wonderful people.“

“The owners are lovely humans, and they make authentic and delicious dishes. There is outdoor and indoor seating. You will need to order before you sit down, and they bring it to you. Pick up after yourself, please! I noticed a bathroom indoor, but I am unsure if there is a changing table, or if it easily accessible for wheelchairs.
The space is decorated with just the right amount of charm and you can truly tell the people working really enjoy what they do. Five stars!!! Highly recommend“

“Pastor burrito was a fantastically greasy, savory indulgence. Very pleased they gave us plenty of salsa in bottles to use generously on all the food, that's A+ for a Mexican restaurant. Tortilla chips were a little thicker than I prefer, but overall a satisfying meal.

Would definitely consider coming back if I'm ever in the area, but probably wouldn't go out of my way - just a little too pricey for the portion. But they have plenty of options on the menu, so I'm open to it.

I shan't levy my Indiana prejudices against the higher pricing of Illinois at the door of Mi Rancho, but I'd be hard pressed to pay more than $12 for a burrito dinner again, even in this economy.“

“We were out shopping and didn't want to stop and ruin the shop till you drop vibe but we were starving and a drive thru wouldn't cut it but both agreed a quick taco or quesadilla would hit the spot. We decided on Taco Dale since we'd never had it before, it was a Friday night and again wanted something quick. Our initial thought or plan was (as it usually is) was to just get it to go and eat in the car and keep shopping.... we went in and ordered a cheese quesadilla and a steak quesadilla I asked if they could cut them in half (so we could split them) to let us each try both. They come with pico, guac, and crema. We didn't get the pico - just guac and crema. The girl was easily accommodating. As we were waiting for the order we quickly realized it may be greasy and we should probably stay and just eat it there. Once we got the order we told them we were going to stay and Christian was extremely accommodating and kind - he brought us chips, salsa, hot and mild sauce and drinks since we weren't going to initially stay. He also kept checking on us to see if we needed anything as well. Christian was also very kind and friendly to the other patrons that came in as well. The menu is abundantly full, there is something for everyone and the menu can be easily accommodating if needed. The ladies were very kind as well (I didn't get any names though I'm sorry). The restaurant itself was clean, warm and inviting. It is also ADA accessible. We will definitely be returning customers.“

“Los Cuates (formerly Chololua’s Kitchen) has a classic, no-frills setup that works for a casual meal out. Inside, there’s one long table that’s perfect for a bigger group, one round table that fits about six, a handful of smaller four-seaters, and around six booths that also seat four each.

The place definitely has a worn-in feel. The bathroom could use some attention, and a few of the booth seats are ripped—just small things that could use a refresh. That said, the atmosphere feels like your typical middle-class Mexican restaurant: homey, casual, and relaxed.

They start you off with chips and salsa, and they actually use some nice, dense wheat tortillas that feel a bit more authentic than your usual fare. It’s a nice touch.

We ordered a sope, a couple of tostadas, and some steak tacos. Presentation across the board was solid, and more importantly, everything tasted great. The flavors were on point, and you can tell it’s good traditional Mexican food—especially when you see local Mexican families dining here too.

Service was friendly and attentive, and there was Mexican music playing in the background that added to the vibe.

Overall, it’s a solid spot with tasty food and welcoming people. If they put a little effort into maintaining the space—especially the bathrooms and seating—it would really elevate the whole experience. Still, it’s worth a visit for the food and the warm service.“

“I cannot say enough good things about Dos Bros. I’ve had it a few times for lunch, & have used it twice for catering. The food is delicious, the portions are decent (way better than Chipotle), and the service is top notch. For my catering order today, they helped load my car & gave me containers to make it easy to carry. I have never had a bad experience here & can’t understand why it’s not busier than it’s competitors.
