“Please be honest with yourself and have proper and fair expectations about dining out. People knock this place and review it like it's a five star restaurant. This is a 'Great Steak' that's been here for at least 30 years. The portions are great. Eating out is expensive period during these highly inflationary times. Inflation is real, and it's not fair to expect a business to subsidize your standard of living by keeping prices low because of it. After 30 years in business it's a real shame that the only people reviewing are the complainers. If I could talk to the owner today, I would tell him that those people are not his customers, and I'm glad they're still around after all this time.“

“I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!“

“I had heard Monti's was the best place to get a Philly in Chicago, and since I've been craving one lately, I had to give it a try. I can honestly say it's the best Philly I've had in Chicago and the surrounding areas. It definitely did not disappoint.
I ordered mine with extra mayo and white American cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and the whole experience lived up to the hype. I highly recommend giving Monti's a try if you're looking for an authentic Philly cheesesteak!“

“To the one stupid person who left a 1 star review expressing their own stupidity and inability to do their own research. This is a “ghost” restaurant. This means they don’t have their own restaurant instead they partnered with IHOP to make their orders. It’s like 2 restaurants in one. IHOP cooks make their cheesesteaks. It’s all clean and professional. This allows small businesses to test a concept or start a restaurant on a small scale via door dash or Uber eats. You can also pickup the food at IHOP as they make it there.“

“The food there is delicious, fresh and well worth the money. I had ordered 5 meals from their and the price really was a wonderful surprise. It was a lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be. The staff there was very professional and the wait for my food was very fast and accurate. Great food, wonderful employees. I will definitely be eating there again real soon. I will take my son with me because he really loved the food.“

“Lamb chops were amazing and seasoned to perfection, red velvet pancakes so tasty like I was eating cake, the mojito mocktails were so good I ordered 2. It was a bit of a wait for the food to come out but we were seated quickly. Overall, it's one of my guaranteed favorite places to eat.“

“Great experience! We arrived just as they were closing and the manager let us order and made sure we got a great meal.
