“I stumbled upon this place by accident and I’m glad I did. The food is the *Byrd Bomb*
I would’ve never thought to put pickles and cole slaw on top of chicken and fries but it works.
My only gripe with the Oak Lawn location, in particular, is the night crew! I have to check my food before I leave because they keep messing up my order. I got all the way home one time and there was no 24k sauce on either order. My bf went in on a Sunday evening around 8pm and was told they weren’t taking any orders, although they were currently preparing an order for someone. The hours state that they close at 9pm so why aren’t you taking orders at 8pm?? Recently I ordered the same thing again, checked before I left and everything looked as it should. However, I get home, and there’s barely any cole slaw on either order. Also, I mentioned no spice on either order. My son mentioned that his was a little spicy and he couldn’t finish it. I noticed mine was spicy as well but could tolerate it. This is ridiculous that my order continues to be incorrect, or you’re turning away business because you don’t want to do your job. Then you try to compensate by giving out free drinks and the order is still incorrect. Not looking to get anyone fired (especially in this economy) but this needs to be looked into.“

I'll tell you, the fries and the Mac is pretty damn good. I went in when everything was freshly made, almost directly after opening. This was my first time trying it. Wonderful first impression. The slider was damn good too. Fried to perfection.... The young lady that served the orders also had excellent customer service. Y'all keep it up now.“

We love the whole jefe chicken and order with broccoli, Mac and cheese, and fries (the seasoning for the fries is awesome). Service is great and the music they play is always top tier. “In the past I was not really a Jerk food type of guy, but I love this place. The food was fresh and seasoned just like I like it. The overall atmosphere was great as well. Super clean sitting area with quiet music and television while you wait for your food. I've been there twice already, and will definitely be going back. It'll be one of my regular spots for lunch or dinner.“

“Seeing the commercial, I just had to try the jalapeño ranch club with getting it grilled & it was soooo delicious! Love the jalapeño sauce! It is as good as it looks on TV. I had went thru the drive thru so the rating for atmosphere wouldn't apply for me, but sure it is pleasant. Very quick service! Would definitely get that sandwich again. Highly recommended! 👍“
