“They’re always nice when I come in. Sometimes they are busy but they do take time in asking me if I need anything extra like a drink tray or smiling while telling me have a good day. I never go through drive thru, so I can’t say anything on that but walking in is almost always perfect. They do keep it extremely clean as well. Bathrooms do need a little touch up when they’re really busy, but I do understand you’ll need all hands sometimes. I only mention it because I said the comment about cleanliness.“

“I go to this Dunkin almost every night on my lunch break. Well this one time I went during the day and I ordered my usual Butter Pecan signature latte with cream and sugar. (The guy on nights make it perfectly. When I come to the drive through he know it's me) lol. Well on days I forgot to ask for the cream and sugar, there were two ladies on days one of them made my latte already and I asked the young lady could she add cream and sugar. She tried to tell me that I can't have cream and sugar because it won't taste right. I stated to her that I order this every night and never have a problem. She instantly remade the drink with joy. I could tell her co worker had an attitude and didn't want to make the drink again. Moral of the story they do an exceptional job and SOME of the employees go above and beyond.“

“The pastries are very delicious! I have a variety of them. They are some of the best I have had in unexpected combinations. The latte I had was floral and balanced. It was a Lavender Latte. “The Skull Island drink had an interesting taste since I don't usually go for drinks with banana syrup, but it was fun to try. Their bagels were very good and perfectly toasted, and the vegan cream cheese wasn't bad either. The staff was super nice and welcoming, and the decorations really make the place stand out. There's also a good amount of seating, and you can even pop into the record store next door through the connecting door, which is a cool touch.“
