The food is fantastic and I very much enjoy everything from the Bacon Temptation Omelette to the Spicy Poblano Omelette to the Crispy Chicken Sandwich to the Cowboy Burger. All of the food is fabulous and very well prepared, the variety is wonderful, and the coffee is always fresh. And above all, Ivan and the waitstaff provide customer service that's 'above and beyond' in every way. “I had a really great experience at IHOP, and I especially want to recognize our waiter Manuel Salazar because he honestly made the whole visit so much better. From the moment we were seated, he was extremely friendly, respectful, and welcoming. He checked on us regularly without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

What stood out the most was his attitude. He was patient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were having a good experience. Even when the restaurant was busy, he stayed positive and attentive, which I really appreciated. He made sure our food came out correctly, kept our drinks taken care of, and checked in to make sure everything was good.

It’s easy to overlook good service, but having a waiter who is actually friendly and puts effort into taking care of his customers makes a huge difference. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed instead of like we were just another table. You could tell he takes his job seriously and takes pride in giving good service.

The food was good, but honestly, the service was the highlight of the visit. I would definitely come back to this IHOP again, especially knowing that the staff has people like him who care about their customers. He deserves recognition for the effort he puts into his work.
