“I just moved to the area and was looking for a great Gyro. Wow, did I find exactly what I was looking for. Spiro's is authentic, delicious and the owners and staff have tremendous pride in the food they make for their customers. I was set on an Gyro but the owner made me a sample of the Bomber to give me a taste of what I will order on my next visit - the bread was soft, gravy delicious and the beef thinly sliced with tons of flavor. If you are looking for a delicious sandwich or fries, Spiro's is a great spot.“

I just talked to Mary (Morton Grove, IL location) who was very pleasant, let me tell her what I needed (which is very rare in this fast paced world we live in) and very helpful. “This is our local jewel, we always come here when we need to pick up some groceries. It's always quiet and fully stocked with whatever I need. It's rarely ever messy and no one is rude to you. Coming during the week is a lot easier than coming during the weekends...less crowded and easier to grab what you need and go. Coming to get bucket of wing zings when you don't want to cook is always a plus! Otherwise, no complaints here. It's close, it's clean and we do what we need to do and can leave a happy camper. “I ordered an open-faced, roast turkey dinner. The stuffing was AMAZING, the mashed potatoes and gravy like home-made, and the turkey was tender and delicious. The best hot turkey (and stuffing) I've had. The Pick-up wait on a Friday night was 45 minutes! There was a guy in a hat meeting pick-up customers almost yelling, 'the foods not up yet. ' We all looked at each other, but good was outstanding.“
