The dirtiest Panera ever! Service doesn’t live here ether. Move on to Lake cook location. Complete opposite and totally positive experience.
I’ve been meaning to leave this review for some time but a lady named Inez who works here single handed sets this location apart. She greets everyone with a smile, remembers all the regulars and their orders, and overall just exudes such a positive energy. Inez is an absolute gem and Panera is lucky to have her. I am sure she’d uplift any place she works the same way. Other than that this Panera is also cleaner than the average and has a nice patio.
