Ordered the fried shrimp spring rolls, I definitely should have ordered more they were good hot crispy so flavorful. The pho broth was amazing the shrimp fried rice was absolutely delicious. “We had a wonderful meal at Ni's Kitchen located in downtown Wilmette. Ni's has an airy, light feel with representational art of Vietnam on the walls. Convenient, free parking right out front. Service was very friendly and we spoke at length to Lisa, the charming proprietor. The beef steak and brisket Pho was tasty with the noodles and broth being seasoned well and the beef very tender. A portion of Thai Basil with Shrimp also hit the spot. Total bill was under $40 and we had leftovers!“

“I’ve been getting food from here (mostly carry out) for more than 10 years and the food is still delicious! One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. My husband loves their pho, my son loves their pork over rice, and my favorite is the sate soup and noodles. The staff there are very nice too! “This is my new place for all things Viet food! They have a SPECTACULAR selection of standard and niche vietnamese dishes. They have a really good selection of vegan dishes as well. Service is top tier with rly attentive/ friendly staff. I stopped by because the place next door was closed and it was the best decision! If you're used to the curt and oftentimes downright rude staff from the pho place next door, you're in for a treat here. Give them a try!“
“This was the most amazing food! The service was amazing, the staff was so sweet. They were so thankful and gave us some extra food to try! It was such a cold long day, and this really was the perfect meal!Vegetarian options: They only had bone broth left at the end of the day when we visited, and they special made a small batch of vegetarian broth for my friend who could not have bone broth! They were so sweet and it was much appreciated!“

“This place was clean, warm, and friendly. I ordered rare steak phó. No one seems to actually serve it rare anymore, though. I used to love it when the meat came to the table in a place raw and separate from the broth. Perhaps it's different in different places.The broth was bland, like it hadn't had a chance to simmer long enough for the spices to meld. It's a popular place, though. As I sat there, more and more families arrived to fill this place up. So maybe I'll give this place a try. There is nothing like finding YOUR Phó spot that you can rely on for *really - good - pho*. “We always order to go from here. The servers are nice. We love their pho and of course their bahn mi. I toast the bahn mi and hmmm so good. Its just smaller niw but full of meat inside. I havent ordered anything else but those are my 2 fave. The place is typical resto, nice but nothing flashy. Street parking only but there is a nearby public parking.“
“It's hard to get a bahn mi to be well balanced and I think this place gets it right. I'm a sucker for ginger chicken and it was great, the pickled veg rocked and the bread (arguably the most important component) was outstanding. Liked the counter style ordering and the tea I got was pretty good, I don't know tea so I got no notes. Nice music too and service was quick.“
